On 10/24/25, I placed an order for 20 wings — 10 with dry rub and 10 with sauce. When I got home and checked the order, I noticed the wings had no dry rub seasoning on them; they were just plain. I called the restaurant, and the manager immediately took care of the issue by making a whole new order of wings. I was upset at first, but they resolved the problem quickly and professionally. Thank you to the manager who helped me out that day!

I received terrible service and was probably robbed at this place. I ordered deep chips and 10 wings, which the waiter said I would get another 10 for free. I never received the beer thst i ordered, only the food that a girl brought me. The waiter didn’t even look me at my table and pretended not to hear me when I called him. In the end, I asked for the bill and a container to take the wings home, since I didn’t want to be there anymore. I had to go get the container myself because he also didn’t brought it to me. My receipt didn’t describe what I had consumed, only numbers. He charged me $44.69; according to the menu, deep chips cost about $10 and 10 wings $18. So I don’t know where he got that price from. I believe the waiter guy robbed me probably the restaurant too, since he likely put that amount as a tip because the receipt(as shown in the attached photo) doesn’t show what I ate. My advice is: don’t go there.

LOVE IT . I placed a mobile order last night and it defaulted my pickup to 11:00am and i didnt notice until i arrived. Antonio was the best . Hooked my uo and got it all made fresh and ready within 10 minutes . Whole staff was amazing to help me out but Antonio went above and beyond and was beyond accommodating. Ive always gone to this location, and this is how they keep me going. Thanks again.

We came in tonight for dinner, and were sat rather quickly. That was where any kind of service ended. The server who sat us then must have immediately forgotten about us because nobody came by to serve us at all. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to notice us and at least take our drink orders. Instead, we watched another couple come in after us, be sat, and then within 3 minutes someone went to their table to take their order. We tried to get someone’s attention but they all were doing an amazing job at ignoring us. We were at a table in the direct middle of the dining area and nobody came to serve us, so we left. Walked in at 10:04. Waitress was sitting at the bar. Employee told us the dining area closes at 10:00. They “closed” the dining area has TVs turned off, tables down etc. They close are 12:00 midnight.

Got the 3 triple bacon cheese burger with the pick 6 deal they have going on. Took a bite only to feel a hard chunch and the taste of charcoal. Opened it up and the bacon was very burnt. I can understand not realizing bacon is over cooked, but this was obviously burnt and unacceptable. No way they can say they didn’t realize it was burnt. It was busy so im guessing they were in to much of a rush to make more bacon. I ordered takeout so its too big of a hassle to go back. Not going back to that location

The saving grace for our dinner trip was our waiter, Jordan. Let me explain. This was our 2nd trip to this location, so I was full on ready for horrible service & ok food. Why did we go, because my husband loves BWW! 1st time was not good, at all! This time around, seating service was the same, not great! Waiter Jordan was very attentive & that for me saved the day! Food was good, not amazing but good. The place was dull, not dirty, but seemed dark & dingy. We might be back, but it’s definitely a last min pick kind of place!

Came in to get the pick 6 deal. Burgers were juicy and tasted great, potato wedges were well seasoned and they have some of the best onion rings I’ve ever had. They arent the heavily and hard breaded ones I’ve had from other places, and they come with a good dipping sauce. You can also get the cookie skillet for a small extra charge with the pick 6. I’ve been in twice and had the same server both times and great service.

Tonight my family and I had an experience at this location that left us feeling singled out and deeply uncomfortable.

After being unable to get a wait time estimate at the Mall Ring Circle location, we called this Horizon Ridge location and were told the wait would be 20 minutes. That sounded reasonable, so we drove over.

When we arrived, there was no line and no one seated in the waiting area. We stood at the front for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Eventually, a busser approached and said he would wipe down a table and seat us. After wiping one table, he proceeded to wipe several more and perform other tasks while we continued standing there waiting.

Shortly after, a white couple walked in behind us. A white server passed by both of our parties but made direct eye contact only with them and apologized specifically to them for the wait despite us having been there longer. We were not acknowledged in the same way.

That couple eventually seated themselves at the bar due to frustration.

When we were finally seated, the situation did not improve. For approximately 15 minutes, no server introduced themselves, offered drinks, or checked on us. Meanwhile, the same white server who had apologized to the white couple repeatedly walked past our table without speaking to us, while actively attending to surrounding tables which were all white patrons.

My sons began noticing the pattern and expressed that they felt uncomfortable. As a Hispanic family in what is considered a more affluent neighborhood, the contrast in treatment did not go unnoticed. We were polite. We did not complain. We did not cause a scene. We simply waited to be treated like everyone else.

Ultimately, we left without ever being helped. Not one staff member stopped us to ask why we were leaving or if something was wrong.

My wife is a veteran who served this country. My sons are educated, respectful young men. We believe in courtesy and mutual respect. No family should walk into a restaurant and leave feeling invisible.

This was not about a long wait time. It was about the perception of unequal treatment and the discomfort that came from watching others receive attention while we were consistently overlooked.

We hope management reviews this situation seriously. Every customer deserves equal acknowledgment and service.

I ordered a pick-up order today for the 20-piece bone-in wing bundle. The wings were fine but the fries were terrible. They looked and tasted old. The whole idea of ordering the bundle is getting the fries, and getting terrible fries defeats the purpose of the deal.
