Received excellent service despite a glitch with my credit card that the employees resolved Zhaya the store manager handled my situation seamlessly and represents what good looks like in a management team. I’m seeing how the team is so collaborative from the friendly intake and the drive-through and everyone having positive attitudes that represent the spirit of what Your organization needs. I will continue to patronize this wonderful establishment.

The white man expediting did not want to be there, it was written all over his face when you ask him for anything utensils napkins condiments he look at you as if you are a person from Mars lol. Even after I told him I need utensils for a order he still didn’t give them to me. He has this strange attitude that gives off a unfriendly vibe. And then they had this pregnant Haitian lady at the register it look like she was more concerned about getting off rather than taking your order but hey the food was great.

The cashier need to pay more attention to the customer and not her coworker. I couldn’t understand if they were talking about me or if they were discussing what happened on their favorite TV show. The restaurant needed to be cleaned and bathroom were very dirty. When I finished eating and went to the restroom that’s when I noticed how bad things were and couldn’t wash my hands because there was no soap. It made me wonder how the employees are properly washing there hands with no soap. I am pretty sure that I will not be coming back to this location.

My family bought dinner from Pollo Tropical tonight and were happy that we did. The portions are hefty, fed 5 of us with some leftovers. We ordered a Family Duo with chicken, white rice, and black beans, fried yucca, chicken soup, a strawberry tropic chiller, chocolate chip cookies and a decadent chocolate mousse. The people worked super hard getting the orders out in a balanced fashion from the dining room and the drive thru. My husband and I shared the 5.5 ounce chocolate mousse, and it was the perfect amount. I would’ve easily given this restaurant 5-stars, if it weren’t that the sweet plantains (my husband’s favorite part) were completely missing from our order.

I always order chicken with rice and beans, and it comes with bread. Twice now, the food was delivered missing the bread without any warning. Saying it’s ‘out of stock’ is not acceptable. It’s a basic item. This is disrespectful to the customer. Cheap food doesn’t mean free service. My money deserves respect.

The manager Haitian woman with long pink nails. Touches her face and nose, touched money from drive thru customers and never washes her hands. Then has the audacity to begin serving food. I asked her nicely to put on gloves, she turns around and says something offensive in her native tongue. The disrespect is beyond comprehension. She is lucky I am a Christian man.

I ordered 15 whole chicken for an event and it worked out perfectly! We needed it at 11:00 am and it was ready at 10:50. They packed it up nicely and it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it and of course their cilantro and garlic sauce is everything. Shout out to the morning manager and the employee who helped out.

Flavorful Cuban food, good portions, and it’s affordable. No complaints really. We got the Cubano, cheesy yuca balls, and ropa vieja with rice and black beans and a large side of plantains. I am obsessed!!!
