We visited to celebrate Valentine’s Day with our family and truly had a feast! The food was fresh, high quality, and beautifully presented. The variety is impressive, offering Italian, Chinese, American, and Mexican cuisine all in one place.
What really stood out were items you don’t typically find at ordinary buffets: fresh whole sardines, lobster thermidor (included that day), beef risotto, lobster ravioli, cured meats like prosciutto, oven-baked oysters, shrimp, and perfectly cooked skirt steak. Every station felt thoughtfully curated and well stocked.
As a woman who has visited Las Vegas eight times, I can honestly say this is the buffet that most closely resembles the high-end buffets on the Las Vegas Strip in both selection and quality.
If you have the time, I definitely encourage you to stop by and try it for yourself. At $49.95 per person, it was absolutely worth the price for the variety and quality offered.
An advice for holidays or special occasions arrive early. We got there around 3:10pm. There was a line (around 35 people). We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes, totally worthy. When we left the bufete around 7pm the line was triple. I’ll recommend to go with a group to chat during the line and grab a drink while waiting.

Fresh harvest is a new buffet in the Hard Rock Hotel guitar Hotel. Is a great selection of different kinds of foods such as Chinese Japanese Italian steaks desserts. You can make your own Poké bowls. If you’re hungry, this is the place to go. Only reason I gave it three stars is because I felt that some of the food was a little bit too cold for me. It wasn’t piping hot such as the spaghetti and meatballs that I had but I absolutely loved the steaks. It’s worth going there and giving it a try and form your own opinion.

I will preface this by saying that I am not a casino person. I went to the fresh harvest buffet for a work celebration event. It is important to note that smoking is permitted inside the building to cater to smoking guests in the casino. I am not a smoker and I’m not a fan of cigarette smoke, and when I got home, my daughter said the moment I came in and walked through she could smell cigarette smoke in the house, so I will be thoroughly washing my clothes. I understand that in a casino smoking is just part of the deal, however, it is really a detriment in my opinion for folks just coming in to enjoy the buffet.
The Food:
I’m not really a buffet person, but I have visited multiple buffets over the years. The way the food was presented here and plated I was very impressed with. Presentation is very important and they did a great job with that. The photos illustrate this. I found the steaks and the grilled chicken to be really great and very tender. Others in my group commented that they thought the steaks also were really very good. Another guest commented how the fried chicken was really good and the “Marry me chicken“ was very good also. I enjoyed the sampling of sushi, Italian and Asian dishes, and the selection of desserts was very appealing.
Service:
Our server was very polite, but our group did not feel that she was the most attentive at refilling drinks, and removing empty plates. The staff at the front desk who greeted and escorted us to our tables were very polite, cheerful, and professional. One of our guests dropped a knife on the floor and simply beckoned to an employee taking items to the dish area and was responded to with courtesy and kindness. Overall the staff were attentive.
Atmosphere:
It seemed like a buzzing and happy atmosphere, and overall the ambience in the room was warm and joyful. There’s an obvious buzz in the place I’m sure because of the casino environment. I ranked a 3 for atmosphere because of the smoke.

We went at lunch time to give Hard Rock buffet a 2nd try and this time we really think the foods much better variety and quality than last time. We were enjoy it and will definitely be back to even explore more goodies foods. Just wish they still had someone making crepe. Other than that are thumbs up.

Great selection of food on the buffet, the line was extremely long but moved pretty quickly. On certain days they have seafood options and we went when they had a seafood boil, it was okay not the best but not the worse seafood boil I’ve had. The other food options were fantastic and great dessert bar ! Also if you have a party bigger than 4 be prepared to be asked to wait in a different line. Our server was friendly and attentive. The buffet is about $50 a person but we were able to sign up as new members and get 50% off not sure how long this promo is going for. Overall I would come back!
