Unfortunately, this place didn’t meet expectations. The food took a long time to come out, and for the price we paid, we definitely expected more. The tables were dirty, the trash cans were overflowing with papers coming out, and the sink looked like it was coming off — water wasn’t draining properly. Overall, the place felt unkept and needs better maintenance and service.

Parking can be a little hectic with all the drive-thru traffic, but once you’re inside it’s totally worth it. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They really took great care of my family—brought us booster seats without us even having to ask, checked in to see if we needed anything while we were eating, and even took our trash for us.
Customer service like that makes such a difference. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we’ll definitely be back!

I haven’t been here in ages because I’m not trying to eat out as much. Nothing has changed. The food was hot, fresh, and the service was attentive and pleasant. (It’s amazing how nice, polite customer service is not expected these days. Someone raised this young man right or Raising Cane is teaching him southern manners.) This location is in Fairview/Allen, TX. Also, I like lemon juice mixed in with their sauce and they put the slice in a separate cup for me as they always do. It was fresh and not gross from 3 days ago.

I am writing to share feedback regarding recurring issues with order accuracy at your branch. On three separate occasions, my orders have been processed incorrectly, requiring multiple transactions and refunds to resolve the errors.
Most recently, an order for three sandwich combos and a Caniac combo (all with extra sauce) required two separate transactions because items were missed. Even after the second attempt, the additional sauces were still omitted.
I would like to suggest implementing a customer-facing display that shows the order in real-time. This would allow guests to verify their items before payment and help reduce the need for corrective refunds. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the efficiency of the checkout process.
Additionally, I would like to note that the restrooms require urgent attention. During my visit, the facilities were not clean, and both the paper towel dispensers and faucets were not functioning properly. Maintaining a hygienic environment is essential for the customer experience, and I hope to see these maintenance issues addressed soon.

I waited 10 minutes for my order. The food had an awful burnt aftertaste to it like the grease was dirty. Then on top of that, this is the chicken piece I received. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have to say I’m very disappointed with Cane’s tonight and will not be visiting this location again. As someone with an eating disorder I struggle a lot with eating out, especially fast food. But after a particularly long day of work I just wanted to pick something up and call it a night. This is not what happened. When I got home to enjoy my meal the first thing I noticed was a piece of white plastic in my bread. I chose not to take a picture at the time deciding that was something I could look past. As I started eating I then noticed a dark hair cooked into a chicken tender. Firstly, I’m blonde so it’s obviously not mine, secondly, I attached two pictures so you can really see that it is cooked INTO the chicken & breading. Then I found another mystery item on separate piece of chicken. I was unable to eat my food and am quite frankly just very sad about this turn of events. Canes was a restaurant I thought I could trust and it seems that’s not the case.
Edit: I also put 1 star for service because I was the only car asked to pull forwards and wait for my order which is normally completely fine and understandable but I am confused and was frustrated that every single other car behind me was helped immediately with no hesitation or delay. The line emptied twice behind me and I still was not delivered my order. Then, once I got my order this happened.

Saturday lunch time, there were a long line of drive thru and full of people inside the restaurant. Not good dining quality inside and it’s difficult to find the seat. Long line of dine-in customers in the restaurant to place order but only one cashier at front to take order and also notify the customers’ order ready; not good and efficient arrangement. It took 16 mins to receive my order. And the chicken fingers were quite thin and small.

Granted. It was my choice to go later in the evening. But, it doesn’t excuse awful food. The fries were both cold and soggy. The chicken strips looked more like chicken nuggets. They were overcooked. The only things that tasted on par was the Texas toast and Diet Coke. Really disappointed in the quality of food at this location. Waste of $12

Thank you to both managers I talked too. We came on 1/28 after the ice started to melt. We went through the drive-thru and our order got mixed up with another one…I assume, because when we got home it was not correct. I called the store and the manager said they were so sorry for the mix up and would give it free the next time we came in. We went back today and I explained what happened to the manager. The manager was very sorry about having to come back to get it and he also gave us the other meal for free too, since we had to come back.

Food is good. I recommend ordering extra Cane’s sauce. I was impressed by the active cleaning and table-side service (e.g. employee asking if we need refills or ketchup). Staff is young, but super engaged. Employee in attached picture has great customer service skills and was working nonstop. He deserves a raising.
