My wife and I go here almost weekly. I’ve had higher quality sushi, but theirs is fresh and well above average. Nigiri is included in the AYCE, along with appetizers and hibachi and noodle dishes if you have anyone in your party not partial to sushi. Only thing I can be critical about, after the 20+ times we’ve been here, is the service can occasionally be a little slow.

$21 for All You Can Eat sushi, Noodles, and other side’s ($25 w/drink and tax)… Hell Yeah!!! Was a little worried by the concept of AYCE Sushi… But, i enjoyed everything, and the people were very friendly. I’ll be back for sure.

The perfect mix of price and quality. Being an hour away doesn’t deter me form driving here. Yes the service can be a little slow, but your getting fresh sushi.

We hadn’t ever been to an all you can eat sushi restaurant. The server was very helpful in explaining how to fill out the order sheet. You basically choose one roll at a time and fill out as many sheets as you need until you burst. It took us a while. We tried a number of appetizers and three rolls. I liked the sweetness of the sesame balls… The Philadelphia roll was great… The fried banana dessert was absolutely amazing. I’d return just to eat fried bananas all evening!
The restaurant itself was quiet, cozy, and comfortable. We had a mother son date night…. Great for families, dates or groups!

Do not be tricked by beautiful pictures of sushi on that web page. If you like traditional Japanese style rolls, this place is not for you. I chose the most $ rolls on the menu hoping to get raw salmon. I’ve got cooked salmon in my rolls! It was the biggest disappointment. I have to say that even though salmon was cooked, rolls we made well and we’re tasty. Almost all rolls come with artificial crab meet which I would never want in my rolls. Prices are really high for what you get. Manager is not very hospitable, and it feels like she does not like taking care of customers. Not a surprise that they had to close sushi buffet that was there before and open restaurant under a new name so people would start coming in again. It was a very poor experience, and we are surely never coming back again.

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. We went on Friday night for a second time and found our experience the same as before. They clearly were understaffed as our waitress was working two sections. We bought the AYCE, but they were so slow it took an hour and 15 min for one order. The waitress kept asking tables what they ordered. They lost our third order and after 45 the waitress asked what we were waiting for, after 2.5 hours, we were ready to leave and just asked for the bill. After spending $45, we left hungry and disappointed. The sushi is mediocre. We normally go to Dancing Roll in West Chester. Consider there instead.

I have been here about 5 times since I found it just over a month ago. The place is great. At lunch (when I usually go) I get a drink, unlimited sushi rolls and a soup/salad bar for under $15! Unheard of deal! Its made to order too so it isn’t sitting under some light on a tray like some sushi buffets. If you like sushi, give it a try! You won’t be mad ya did!

What? Is this a gimmick? Although super suspicious I had to go in and check out the all you can eat sushi! Wow I was not disappointed. Not the fake cheap rolls, nope the real deal. Great service and awesome sushi chefs prepping everything right in front of you. Everyone was so friendly and they may have served the best spicy tuna roll I have ever had. Great place for lunch!

This review is coming from someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for 11+ years!!

I give it a one with a bit of generosity. My boyfriend and I stumbled across this place for the first time about a year ago. Our experience THEN was phenomenal. Service was great the quality of the ingredients in the sushi was fresh and resembled fish… but

Now looking back we believe that was due to the fact that they had just opened and were brand new. We tried this place for a 2nd time four months later, it took quite a while to get our rolls which (at the time) had to be ordered one at a time. Which wouldn’t have been a problem if they had more than one girl serving a total of six tables but in three different sections. When we finally received our third order, first of our orders which contained raw fish (after about two hours) had an overwhelming sour fish taste. We love seafood&sushi, so we are well aware of how seafood / sushi should taste… after that we deemed ourselves full and settled our check and left, wondering if we would ever give it another chance.

Well after giving it a few months in between we did give it another shot. Our third and FINAL time was this past Sunday. Again one server (whom at this point I just feel awful for her) in three different sections, for no reason. All of the table could’ve been sat closer together, for the servers sake, because if one table needs something she can easily look and see if anybody else at her other tables needs anything from the kitchen and help all the tables at once. More time efficient.

At one point all of the workers started speaking a foreign language, 20 minutes after we had put in our second order for sushi. I told my boyfriend I cannot understand what they are saying but I can read their body language and they have lost our order. 2 minutes later one half of our order was delivered to the table which was my roll and we were asked if we needed anything else. In which my boyfriend replied yes my order. My roll had shrimp tempura and it wasn’t bad but they clearly still hadn’t remembered what it was my boyfriend had ordered. Five minutes later my boyfriends special roll of the day finally made it to the table which he ate and enjoyed

We reluctantly filled out a third and final order sheet in which we marked 3 rolls because we were in fact still hungry but completely tired of waiting. So the plan was one for each of us and one we planned on sharing. Now with them being aware of their previous mistake in time / order mishandling our third order did come out in a timely fashion BUT not only did these rolls look like they came from a can but when I put a piece in my mouth it was mushy and its consistency reminded me of cat food along with the taste and smell. It was supposed to be salmon (the white dragon roll and the volcano roll), I’ve ordered hundreds of sushi in my lifetime with salmon and none of them have ever looked or tasted like that.

We made a few strong key bullet points in our mind as to why we will never ever be going back to Sushi Kingdom but we also highly doubt if it’ll even be open for much longer.

I can say this… if you stick with their rolls contain ONLY shrimp tempura and crab stick you’ll be just fine and you have a great experience BUT there are plenty of other sushi places close by that stomp this one into pieces.

My husband and I went here because we bought a local deal. We printed out the voucher as stated in instructions. The manager was unable to scan the code on the printed copy but was able to scan it on my phone. She only wanted me to use one voucher even though it clearly states that you can use two in one visit. When I told her that I wanted to use both she said that I could pay the full price today and then she would give us a $40 gift card to come back. I told her I did not want to have to come back, as the restaurant is a 30 minute drive from me and honestly the sushi is mediocre. She then said ok and reprinted my bill. I definitely felt like I was trying to be hustled.

The original bill was for just a little over $44.00 including tax for both of us and my certificates were good for $40.00. Theoretically, I should have only paid the difference of $4.00 but when she brought the bill back it was split in two and each check stated that I owed about $4 for a total of $8. How does she get a difference of $8 when the original bill, when both meals were together, was only for a difference of $4? The manager did not understand when I tried asking her about it and explaining. Very disappointed about my experience and will most certainly not be returning as I feel they were definitely trying to take advantage of me. Too bad too because the server was actually terrific but it was such an ordeal and we didn’t end up leaving until 10pm while we waited for the manager to try and figure things out.
