Food is pretty consistent with all the chains but the employees don’t know their own menu. We asked for a few items that all other taco bells offer but they said they didn’t have it. They seem under trained on the front end and rely too much on people ordering their own food. Poor communication skills, mix up of names and orders when ordering with someone.

I just did my 1st DoorDash order with Taco Bell and it got here COLD and Soggy. The order sat for a little over 40 minutes before the driver picked it up, then it took about 10-12 minutes to bring it to me and I am about 3-5 minutes from Taco Bell. I call DoorDash to let them know I had to toss all the food and they would not credit all my money back. They still kept a little over 10 bucks. NEVER AGAIN! SCAMMERS!

Ordered an orange cream freeze, was handed a regular vanilla. I asked them to remake it and they gave me the SMALLEST sliver of orange you can imagine. They forgot the hot sauce. The nacho fries were dumped in the bag. Awful experience.

Stood at the counter 10 minutes, 5 or 6 workers all look up there but no one ever comes to wait on me (i had already placed a mobile order to save time lol jokes on me!) Other people said they’d been waiting 20 minutes. Finally I ask, is anyone working the counter and one worker just shook his head no. I saw a lady standing in the office talking this entire time. May have been a manager. She came up, tool one order and disappeared again. The girl that came in right before me hollered at 1 drive-thru worker and told her she had a mobile order, that worker disappeared never saw her again, and the poor girl who came in right before me was still standing there waiting when I left! Ridiculous! And its been this way the last 3 or 4 times we’ve went to this taco bell. Won’t be going in Winchester anymore!! Literally 46 minutes for get one cravings box and a cheese roll up for my 6yo who was starving after a baseball game and already late for bed!
