I just placed a order had to hurry and get back to work, but I asked for a okra fry hard. I got a 2 piece, dark large okra fried hard, large Sprite and then she asked for me a upgrade, do I want an apple pie or something else so I was like, yeah, I want an apple pie. Only my okra wasn’t fried hard, it was cold and I didn’t get my apple pie. So I try to call up to the store because i’m at work only for the phone number , not to work..How about that?

I went to pick up my online order. When I get there it’s smoke throughout the restaurant and a line. My order consisted of 12 pieces dark meat, rice and gravy and apple pies. Everything was ok until I saw the burnt apple pies they were about to give me. So I politely asked if I could get fresh ones bc those were burnt. They politely said yes. My chicken was boxed up so I didn’t bother to check it before I left. Mind you they are making fresh batches of chicken while I’ve been waiting 30 minutes. Well.. I get home, open the box of chicken and they’re burnt as well.. They gave me the burnt chicken from when I walked into a restaurant full of smoke. I wish I could add the pics of the chicken.

Lack of professionalism. Foul language and no since of eargency spell urgency doing a rush. Talking about the customers and not smiling. They were not prepared for the mad rush they get on Tuesdays. Having to walk to the back to prepare sides for every order is insane during a mad rush. They just stood around while they waited on more chicken to come up. Not being productive at all. They could’ve been more productive like stocking boxes, bags, condiments, make and cook sides, etc. I can say that by the time I made it to the register my chicken was fresh. Luckily I reuested for my side to be dropped ahead of time otherwise I would’ve waited longer for my order.

First of all, their Staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to take my order. A good friend of mine hasn’t been feeling well and Church’s Texas Chicken is one of his favorite places to eat. So, I surprised him and brought him his favorite meal. Actually I got several pieces (two chicken breasts, thighs and chicken legs). I also got a large order of fried okra, large tub of coleslaw, large tub of mashed potatoes and gravy and of course their famous honey-butter biscuits. My friend was delighted and I got to enjoy some great food, thank you Church’s Texas Chicken.

Drive thru is slow and inside is freezing. They always out of spicy chicken or white chicken towards the evening.Or they say we can drop some but it gone take fifteen minutes. Like shouldn’t you be doing that anyway its like hours before closing. Poorly managed

Slow, unhappy employee that’s cooking people’s food, felt heavy hostile, was acknowledged by cashier, cook calling staff names with trainer observing, she was cussing with a dining area full, waiting on her. Very unprofessional

11/26/25 Just got home an my order is wrong , they left out the coleslaw…. Probably no big deal, the problem is driving the distance to go pick it up and asking the family to wait to eat till I get back is very inconvenient. I had stopped going to this location because of the quality of food and the poor service…. I took a chance and you failed again…. O Stars……. this location needs a quality check..

Just awful! I’m so disappointed as this has been for years one of my fav church’s. From missing sides to slimy chicken and the slaw was sickening. I spent $80 and all I could eat was some of a piece of chicken after sliding the wet skin off. It’s no wonder why you don’t answer your phone. Don’t worry, I won’t be back to this location, I promise. NAMF

I reviewed this place before,and this will be my last!…If you want dehydration on a plate,look no further this place needs to be shut down! I don’t care for Church’s Chicken at all! My family likes this mess so for a family birthday party I decided to get precooked chicken instead of making it myself to save time! I made my sides never checking the box to look it over.I fix the sides look over the chicken….I see the sooooo overcooked, brittle,dark I packed up a thigh to check out the meat, that’s when I realized it was a breast it was so hard, and shriveled yuck! I call the store,no answer…I drive all the way back there ask for the manager! He didn’t hesitate to replace it…but once I got it out to check it in the car it looked the exact same way…this was another shift of workers!! Wow check out the pics and see for yourself!..I will never,ever return to any location with this logo on the building!
