I ordered the McCrispy sandwich and this is the disgusting thing they gave me. It’s clearly burnt, I took a bite before realizing and once I opened it up I couldn’t believe they would serve this disgusting slop to anyone. I now realize it’s truly best not to eat this garbage. I’ll never order from McDonalds again.

The hiring practices at this location are sketchy. I think it needs to be investigated because some of the people working there can’t even speak English and I observed the handling of food without gloves on. The Morning crew is always amazing and quick at the drive thru. The evening/night crew tends to be rude and give off the impression of trying to rush you along.

I’ve been to the Tanglewood/Galleria Post Oak location many times. Never have I been to a McDonald’s where the food tastes made to order. I have no idea how they do it, especially considering how quickly the line moves.

I placed an online order, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they could not locate it in their system and assumed it had been canceled. I provided my order number and online receipt as proof of purchase; however, staff continued to state they could not find the order and advised there was nothing they could do. At the same time, the app continued to show that the restaurant was actively preparing my order and confirmed this was the correct location. Despite this, the restaurant maintained they had no record of my order. As a result, I did not receive my food or a refund.

I waited 30minutes for a mcchicken sandwich. I did a mobile order and couldn’t even part in the mobile pick up because they have people from door dash and all those etc places that park there when clearly it’s a curbside pick up slot. Then the lady kept looking at my waving her down to let her know it was me. She never came back out and left my food on the counter. The sand which was completely cold. Never again

The Texas Home Style burgers are McDonald’s best. Ask for extra home style mustard and to cut onions. Their French fries are the best anywhere. We miss the second story dining though.

Dining Experience @ McDonald’s.
.
A prominent symbol of globalisation and ‘the American way of life’, McDonald’s is immediately recognisable by its stylised ‘M’ shaped logo known as the ‘Golden Arches’.
.
The Burger Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese (USD $7.79) is a straightforward burger that is greasy yet satisfying.
.
Introduced in 1971 by franchisee Alcide ‘Al’ Eugene Bernardin, it consists of 2 juicy tender quarter-pound (or 120 grams) ground beef patties, juicy dill pickles, crisp sliced white onions, gooey American cheese, thick tomato ketchup, and rich yellow mustard, all sandwiched between fluffy wheat burger buns studded with crunchy sesame seeds.
.
Bite in and you’re rewarded with robust meaty salty savoury vegetal sour earthy spice bready sweet nutty flavour.

Introduced in 1967 by franchisee Michael James ‘Jim’ Delligatti, the Burger Big Mac (USD $5.39) is one of McDonald’s most iconic burgers, a symbol of fast-food and American cuisine.
.
It consists of 2 tender ground beef patties, crisp lettuce, juicy dill pickles, crisp finely chopped white onions, gooey American cheese, and creamy secret special sauce, all sandwiched between a fluffy soft 3-part wheat burger buns studded with crunchy sesame seeds.
.
Bite in to get the pleasant bready sweet meaty savoury vegetal earthy cheesy salty sour spice nutty flavour. Certainly a filling and messy burger to consume, especially nearing the end.
.
The Big Mac is so ubiquitous, that since 1986, it has served as an informal economic indicator to compare real-world purchasing power between different countries (known as the “Big Mac Index’).
.
Their signature shoestring thin-cut straight Fries (USD $3.19) are made from russet potatoes, and have a crisp exterior, a fluffy interior, and an addictive starchy salty savoury flavour. Also available in an unsalted version, these are best eaten quickly when hot.

Im honestly surprised to see so many bad reviews here. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for a while and have never had a problem. I absolutely love the vibe — it feels welcoming, almost like home.

A lot of people complain about the noise, but let’s be real… silence usually means no business. The energy here makes it feel alive.

Another thing I appreciate is how clean it always is. There’s a lady in the lobby who makes sure every table is cleaned right after a customer leaves, and that effort really shows.

As for customer service, every single worker (I usually come in the morning) greets you warmly. They don’t just make you feel like another customer, they make you feel like you matter. Maybe this sounds extra, but I want to give credit where it’s due because I’ve seen too many negative comments.

And I can’t forget to mention my favorite worker, Xochil (forgive me if I spelled it wrong). She always double-checks my order, and not only with me — she makes sure every single customer gets exactly what they ordered. That little detail reminds me of home and it means a lot to me.
