I have been going to this location for many years, the quality is really not what it used to be. I went there several days ago, the size of the signature chicken is so small and wings are adorable, mini sized. See the pictures, and I have small hands. For the 5 piece, I received a small sized chicken breast and 4 mini wing sections. I am going to stop coming to this location and check if this is a franchise wide quality decline.

I ordered from uber eats and I got a message from the delivery guy saying that they switched out my shrimp for tenders instead. I’m kinda upset that the delivery guy had to tell me instead and even if they changed the shrimp out to tenders, the portion is just way too small. There’s only three pieces. The shrimp box is an 8 piece box. This is just ridiculous.

We haven’t been to this particular Popeyes chicken restaurant in a long time so we decided to give it a try again. We placed the order online and drove there and picked up our order. Got home… well, the meat tastes horrible! It was dark burned tight meat inside! I can imagine that they keep these leftovers from previous days or nights and re-fried them when customers make an online purchases, they come to pick up their food and never get to see what’s inside the box! I am telling you, we each ate one piece and didn’t finish that one piece and the rest of the chicken ended up in the garbage can! Very, very disappointed at their chicken. NEVER order the meal online again!

My recent experience just left me with mixed feelings. While the spicy chicken wings, chicken tenders, Cajun fries, and mashed potatoes were okay in flavor, there was a notable disappointment regarding the ghost pepper wings. Despite ordering them, we received normal wings, missing out on the anticipated fiery kick.
What added to the disappointment was the unavailability of a simple cup for water. It was surprising to learn that there was no water system, and the only options were to purchase a soft drink or bottled water. This policy seemed peculiar, deviating from the norm observed in other branches.
Despite these drawbacks, the overall quality of the food was decent, and the signature Cajun spices did add a flavorful touch. However, the deviation from the expected order and the absence of a basic amenity like free water were aspects that set this experience apart from what I’ve encountered in other Popeyes locations. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for a more consistent and enjoyable customer experience.

I placed an order, and when I got home, the chicken was burnt and dry. When I went to the restaurant to make a complaint, they told me that since I ordered through the app, I had to cancel it from there. This is not the first time the chicken has been overcooked, but this time it was completely burnt. Unfortunately, this is the Popeyes near my home, but I’ve come to the conclusion that I should stop going there.

People behind counter lacked greetings and were slow to even acknowledge that we were there. Ordered 6 wings and got winglets and a pie for $12. Ordered to go but had to wait for other order so ate in. The dining room was filthy. Not a clean table in the place and floors were dirty also. Food was good but not enough to fill at $12. My experience at this Popeyes location was decent. I ordered the 2 pc combo w/ mashed potatoes & Cajun gravy was well as a biscuit. The food was delicious as always with Popeyes. The location is convenient and there is a drive thru and plenty of parking. The problem is this location is very dirty and the service could be better. However my food came out very fast.

There is no match for your food but if service is below standard level and customers don’t get respect that specific location should be avoid, first time ever I faced someone at Manville branch who is not bothered about customer needs and requirements , actually it’s funny I ask for bun bread with my combo and infront staff said we don’t sell it you have to pay for whole sandwich which is very surprising for me because other branches always willing to help and with decent charges like 2 dollar but here manager said we will charge for the whole sandwich which 7 dollar and if you want two breast piece we will charge more and for extra sauce also we will charge which is fine but why I can’t get bun bread only why I have to buy the whole sandwich? People should avoid this specific location to enjoy their food because they will make you leave or just treat you bad. Will never come to this location, Mr Prem should not be at the checkout and manager who should be solving the issue just came very aggressive and loud
