Update -07/25/2025! I ordered the dbl smasher again since I haven’t been here in so long and I said mayo for the sauce and no smash sauce or onions. It was rung up correctly. I get home and the burger had lettuce and mayo. No pickles. Idk where lettuce came from. I called the store and it rang 3 times then gets sent to voicemail. This is what I get for coming back.
April 2025- I specifically asked for no smasher sauce on the dbl smasher. I wanted mayo instead and no onion. I got no mayo, instead it was smasher sauce and onion. The one time i don’t check my food, its wrong and I cant eat it. My receipt is correct. They just didn’t care enough to read the screen and make it correctly. I’ve been calling the phone for 10 mins and nobody is answering. It was not busy when i was there. The person in the window was super nice. I wish the food matched.

I work down the street from here and come to here quite often. It’s usually pretty good and fresh but today it sucked. I had to return my food to them because my burger looked like it was left out for a long time. I gave a 3 star because they don’t usually do this and maybe management can resolve the issue with training.

Ordered 2 blasts at 5 bucks each and this is what they brought us. Vanilla ice cream with a few crumbs on top. When we asked for some to be put in the lady said they have the right amount in them and they can’t remake them. We said we want a refund and she came out to the truck looked at the ice cream pictured and said it’s the right amount they come with 1 cup each of candy……never coming here again. And we are usually here multiple times a week.

I’ve eaten at this location b4 no problems.today was a different story my wifes chicken strips were overcooked and dry. Fries and tots were warm at best. My burger was like they pawned it off to me from another order.dry and just barely warm.not mention there screens and pay weren’t working.carhop had to pay inside.

I placed an order for #1 ocean water on the app they seriously took 20 min. I had to get off once and asked nicely if my one drink was ready the guy was outside said it was almost ready? I went back to my car and they still took another 5 min!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

I have had a few bad experiences at this location before. They either mess up the food, drink, forget something, or just take so long I end up having to leave without my order. This morning really set me over the edge with this cold cheese, non-toasted toaster!!! It was so disgusting I couldn’t even eat it, and had I had enough time this morning I would have taken it back. I will not be going back to this location, which is unfortunate because it’s the one closest to my house. I will continue to drive further out of the way to order from a different location, if and when I decide I can eat at sonic again.

I don’t know if the workers are taking naps? Or if they’re all just sitting around playing on their phone but ordering one drink through the mobile app should not take 45 minutes. I’ve already lived my life, retired, had 17 grandchildren, died, and came back to life by the time I got my Diet Coke today.

I always try to give them the benefit of a doubt but man, this is my second time ordering popcorn chicken and it’s always burnt. You bite it and there’s no meat, just crunchy from it being over cooked. I had maybe 3 nice size with meat on it but that’s it. The rest look like this and it’s just crunchy and overcooked.
