We had a party of 10 family members. I ordered a waffle scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon . The waiter had a trouble attitude. Everyone received there orders. I only received my eggs which was very watery Everyone eggs was the same. I also received my bacon very salty. The waiter forgot to give me my waffle and got mad when I asked where was it. So she went to make it herself and brought it to me and my waffle was very light colored and it was not done runny on the inside so I sent back. By that time everyone else was done with their food and ready to go back on the road.

Service was excellent, restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms. Grilled chicken was angus burger lacked a bit of flavor. I still give 5 stars based off my own personal experience here. I would go back here to this location.

The service was slow and unorganized. They took forever to clean the tables and take order, and the order was taken incorrectly cause our tables was missing lots of stuff for our meal. Lucky the team leader (I think) stepped in and helped us. I’m guessing the service reflects the price.
This is probably why fights between the staffs and customers happens as per rumors

Just The Facts
Been to many waffle house restaurants around the country. Service has always been good to exceptional. This is the first time my experience was bad. Sulky waitress who didn’t greet or take my order properly. She spoke some gibberish and I wasn’t sure she actually took my order so I had to ask for another waitress who ensured my order was taken properly. The counter had left over mess from the previous customer. No fork or spoon offered. Never asked if I wanted a drink. Food was not great. Never understood; you should not bring your problems and rank attitude to work with you. Just find some other employment or live off welfare. Oops! I forgot, Trump is not giving free tickets to ride any longer.

Have been to the Waffle House in Ashland many times. This time was the absolute worst. We ordered two allstar breakfasts when we received them the eggs managed to be scorched but the cheese not melted. I told the server I wasn’t eating that and to take something off my bill because we also didn’t get our waffles we eventually got one waffle and not the other when I mentioned it he was like I didn’t know, but how did you not know when you asked what kind, and when you didn’t bring them the first time I asked where our waffles were. The tea also was old and I couldn’t drink it so I asked for something else. The server we had clearly couldn’t do math and I never did figure out exactly what we were charged for but we paid it and left. We definitely won’t be going back to that one and I don’t recommend.

We were unable to sit due to pack of tables and space. The food looked good from what we seen and the server was struggling to deal with all the people already seated.
There was a “diner” bar set up, but after people left no one cleaned the spots. So people where not sitting there. Looked clean and liked the old school waffle house look. But definitely not big enough.

Waffle house is still undefeated when it comes to the food being good and my order always being accurate! I dislike the fact they charge 20% extra for to-go orders though so i take one star off for that. I think thats pretty insane. I could understand 10% tops.

Actually one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I’ve had a Waffle House. Food overall was what was expected with the sandwich above normal. The service was underpar though. Got an unsweet iced tea and asked for some sweet n low. She brought my tea and no sweetner, brought my food, no sweetener and even checked on me once, all times I asked for some. Food came pretty quick. Got my usual scattered, smothered, covered, capped and chunked.
