House of Henry. I wanted to like this place. Anesthetics were great. Old school feel with private booths for romantic rendezvous. A vast drink menu. They even had Amberbock on draft! I search this in every bar, a rare beer it seems, but my favorite. The food was very good. Had the mussels as an appetizer and the sauce was succulent! Had the black and Bleu burger of course. It was of junior burger size but with a nice size piece of MEAT. Cooked to exact order, pink inside. Fries were like a light fried potato chip, really good. Only problem was the waiter seemed occupied else were, not as attentive as should have been but othwr than that, I recommend this place atleast once, it will satisfy curiosity.

This place is so much better since they have gotten new owners. Menu is better! Service is better! Menu has a ton of good burgers now. The cheese curds were amazing. I usually get shepherds pie but this time, i got the pork schnitzel. It had a lemongrass gorgonzola cheese sauce on top that was to die for! Karaoke was going on in the back bar area. Way too loud to sit back there and try to have a conversation while you eat. So we sat in the front. The server seemed to be a little stressed and stretched thin.

Super cool place to visit when in Panama City Florida. Make sure and visit! I had their Blacked Pork Chops and potatoes and it was amazing. The bread pudding was delicious.

Definitely a must if you’re looking for a real Irish pub restaurant and bar. We went for lunch and had burgers that were absolutely delicious. The service was good and the atmosphere is fun and friendly. I bet it would be a great place to go and watch a game or for karaoke in the back bar area.

We went here as part of the Interactive Downtown Valentine’s Adventure. The service, food, and atmosphere was all top notch. We will definitely go back for another date night!

I have an affinity for Irish Pubs, but House of Henrys in Panama City was a nice surprise!
The stuffed potatoes boxties paired with honey steamed carrots were delicious! Paired with an Irish coffee hit the spot for a Sunday brunch.
The bar hosts a variety of live music performances throughout the month. The back room stage is roomy, facility was clean and service was outstanding. I plan to visit tonight for their Jazz show! May be my local ‘go to’ restaurant.

UPDATE. So we went back to House of Henry again And I’m going to update my review to a five There is still room for improvement . But this place just has so much in its favor . They very often have live entertainment, They have an extensive beer list, and The staff is always friendly, but the food still needs improvement. The food was good, but it was not great. I take that back. The muscles were exceptionally wonderful, and the hubs The pork chop.
OLD: So I struggled between giving this place a four Or a five. The only bad thing that I found was that there was something in the shepherds pie. I bit down on something so hard I thought it broke my tooth. So the only thing I could figure out was probably something in the hamburger meat, hopefully. Lol. Probably a small piece of bone. Two pieces actually. Pretty disgusting. But anyway, The shepherds pie TASTED very good, the pork chops were very good, and the drinks were great, especially the drink of the month, the sugar cookie. House of Henry had a very cute and quaint atmosphere. And the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends despite whatever was in my shepherds pie. Maybe they need to find a new hamburger meat supplier? And speaking of pie, their peanut butter cheesecake was excellent.

House of Henry is the funnest , chill, cool pub atmosphere you’ll find downtown, we’re locals and have been going here for years, just recently leaving a review but if you’re looking for amazing service, amazing food and an authentic pub atmosphere HOH is where’s it’s at! Not to mention the way they love their neighbors and support this downtown community, we will always attend their events and enjoy their staff and food! The staff is phenomenal and keep up with every request in a fast pace environment! We have had Emily as a server a few times now and she’s so sweet and keeps up with the rush especially for a newer employee! Dakota on the bar is always amazing , Elena keeps up with every request, and Mike is a sweetheart! We appreciate them all and love their Facebook page as well! Really head over and have a beer!
