disgusting management, disgusting store, disgusting food. this morning, while driving for door dash, i got an order to pick up at this McDonald’s. the order was placed at 4:43, and i got there to pick it up around 4:55. i knew they didn’t open until 5, so i made my customer aware and waited to be greeted. 5:03, im sitting at the drive thru window and i felt like i was being watched, so i look at the window and one of the managers is standing at the window just staring at me with a smug look on her face…i stare back for about 10 seconds and finally say “…hello?” she said “hello.” and just kept staring at me, so another 10 seconds go by and i say “…can i help you?” she rudely tells me “we don’t have a doordash order.” i have her the code for the order just as the other manager tells out that they do in fact have that order. She then gets upset and tells me i have to come inside for it. i pull around, and come inside to get the order. once inside, i stood at the counter for at least 30 minutes watching her push every single drive thru order that came in that time frame, without even acknowledging me. The entire time, she’s talking to the other manager and employees about how “she really just shouldn’t even make this door dash order because it came through before they opened.” i still remained quiet…finally, at 5:30 (i had been there since they opened at 5am) she hands the doordash ticket to the kitchen and says “i really shouldn’t even make this but can yall make this order?” as if she’s waiting on me to argue with her. i still stayed quiet. finally, after 35ish minutes, she gets the order bagged up and tosses it on the counter at me. as i’m doing what i need to on the doordash app, she starts in telling me how next time she will not make the order if it was placed before they opened. i explained that i did not place the order, and she can contact DoorDash to have them change the hours for the store so no orders come in after closing time. she continues to cut me off just repeating that she will not make future orders. after her being disrespectful, i decided im not going to argue with her. I grab the order, tell her to have a great day, and start to walk to the exit. As i’m walking away, she starts in about how she’s going to have my car towed next time i park by the door, even though there is no “no parking” signs, i wasn’t blocking the door or drive thru, i wasn’t blocking any entrances or exits, and my hazards were on. i wouldn’t have had to have my car sit there for so long if she hadn’t purposely held my order for 30 minutes before making it. She was very rude, veryyyy disrespectful, obviously lazy since she simply refused to make my order for 30 minutes at no fault of my own. i called to ask for the number for corporate, as i will be contacting them about this matter, and she asked “well why do you need the number to corporate?” i said “maybe because i need to speak to corporate.”
they need new management, and maybe new cleaners too since they don’t clean the bathrooms, and i had to call the store from the bathroom the other day to request a roll of toilet paper to wipe myself. sad. go literally ANYWHERE else but this location.

Problem: RUDE MANAGER and Multiple issues with this location..I AM FED UP!
Asked to pull up because food was not ready. All I had was a happy meal and 6 piece nugget. Waited way too long and it was obvious i was forgotten. (others everywhere around me who were waiting even after me were getting food)
I Called in to store. Brianna (nasty attitude) answered and was very short with me when I asked about checking on my order. (I inquired respectfully about my order)
After still waiting, I called a 2nd time (Brianna answered) I asked for money back or food right away. She told me I could only get it back if I came in. (No apology…NOTHING) SHE SAID OR I could choose to keep waiting. I told her I have never had to do that before if I needed refund and that I had a toddler in car and weather was bad. I told her i was the one inconvenienced. She got very nasty and basically said too bad (not those words but she did not seem sorry for what i was dealing with. Then HUNG UP ON ME while I was still trying to talk.
Called a third time..this time is called right back… and A different manager answered…. not sure who it was but she was very nice and understanding. Reassured me that the behavior from BRIANNA was unacceptable. I explained what happened and she said she would be happy to get my food or give me my money. She encouraged me to call corporate and proceeded to tell me that there have been many complaints with MISS BRIANNA the manager who was on duty with how she talks to customers. This is not FIRST TIME I have had to call in to the store because my order was forgotten. I am FED UP with this location and the inconsistency with completing orders to satisfactory. This is the worst with RUDENESS. I do not want any employee to lose a job, but I will not tolerate another altercation with Brianna. I suggest she go thru training as a manager on how to speak to customers…especially when the store was at fault.

I do believe it’s the head manager on shift is amazing job. She always assist and helps me excellent service if you want a decent service and a hot cup of coffee, I would definitely recommend here.

This place is filthy, I had to have one of the workers go back in the play area to clean of the tables. The floor is a mess. All the workers that are up front, there should be enough workers to clean that McDonald’s. If they would get an inspection today I don’t think they would even pass it’s filthy. Too bad my grandbabies want to stay and play back here or I would take our food and leave

Not sure what’s going on with staff and why they’re so incompetent in their jobs. Repeatedly forgetting to give sauces when added with nugget orders, on multiple occasions I was given a Mcchicken with no chicken in it what so ever. Missing food items constantly when doing a delivery. This place just needs to be restaffed as a whole, it’s clear the managers and workers at this location are lacking in the qualifications needed to be running this place.

Management has failed here. This is no longer fast food. Almost 30 minutes waiting on curbside pickup. Also, the screens with the menu in the drive thru have been broken for months. Absolutely no excuses. Slowest service I’ve experienced at any McDonald’s. Please do better.

The fries are always burnt or old. Taste like chewing rubber that’s been sitting in old grease. The quarter pounder bread was stale, the meat was way over cooked and chewy. I asked for fresh fries and still got garbage. I’m done with all McDonald’s. This is what we get nowadays

The food was disgusting. Brown, soggy and just gross. It was obvious that the fryer oil was way past needing to be changed. The first employee (manager, I’m assuming) that I spoke to was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience but then forgot to bring out the new chicken strips that she made for me..The second employee, was extremely rude and said that “All of the food is going to look like that because the oil is bad. Ill give you different chicken strips but im not giving you a refund.” I really hope that this employee isnt part of the management team at this location! Probably not the worst review that they’ve ever been given but definitely not the best! Do better!

I ordered a door dash order on Sunday and didn’t receive half of my food so I called the store and they said they could replace it for me next time I ordered, called back today to see if they could be placed in my new door dash order and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me that door dash has to refund me for something they MCDONALDS messed up not door dash! She just wanted to get me off the phone and was just being very unprofessional unlike the nice woman I spoke with on Sunday. It’s sad how many miserable people work at McDonalds and take their bullshit out of paying customers! Sick
