ordered on the app got two footlongs, one with extra mustard and one with extra mayo. the one with extra mustard had an absurd amount of mustard on it and spilling out.. i understand subway isn’t a gourmet resturaunt but there’s still standards even at subway. the sandwhich with extra mayo barely seemed to have any? compared to the one with half a bottle of mustard. the employee was friendly when i picked up the order but the sandwhiches were disappointing

Terrible customer service. The order was wrong (it was an online order) and when asked to correct, the younger male employee acted as if he was annoyed and as if the store would be burdened by the food being remade and that remaking the food was the last option that he’d consider.

Me and my granddaughter went to Subway I would say about 20 minutes ago. The dude was rude he told us that we shouldn’t have came in 10 minutes before closing because he needed to get his closing procedures done! I told him I was sorry and that we walked as fast as we could. He said I’m not trying to be rude but then proceeded to constantly, while he was making our sandwiches tell us that we shouldn’t come in that late anymore! Then he puts the wrong dressing on my granddaughter’s sandwich and then puts the right one on on top of it. I told him I’ve been a manager in a restaurant and I know that closing procedures can start before closing when you don’t have customers. But that the corporation wants to make money all the way up until closing time. He was telling me about an issue with the sink in the back like it was my problem or something! My granddaughter was so upset she didn’t stop talking about that all the way home and when we went into another store she even told them how upset she was about how the man treated us she had just been in there with her dad Wednesday and he made her sandwich and didn’t treat her that way. I don’t know if it was because her dad’s white or what! I felt very discriminated against because I know he wouldn’t have treated anyone else that way. If you don’t want to work in customer service don’t work in fast food or any kind of service where you have to talk and interact with the public

This is the second time I have ordered from this location and our food was cold (should have been hot sandwiches and specifically asked to make sure meat was heated thoroughly). My Husbands sandwich had 2 different sauces on it. The online ordering process is easy and great but this specific location the service is terrible.

Just spent $50 on a gift card because Subway offered a “free footlong with purchase of $50 in gift cards”. Went to this franchise and they’re not accepting it. Just like the franchise owner has decided to “opt out” of every promotion they can at every location in this city. If Subway is not reimbursing you for these coupons, then maybe you should look into a different business instead of doing stuff like this to your customers.

It doesn’t matter that you could “make an exception”. This is straight up false advertising/bait & switch behavior. And there’s no way to find out which store the offer will be good at because you only get a QR code. This is shameful. I’ve been going to subway, and this subway in particular for many years. I’ve dealt with a lot of things like this from this franchise owner and I’m just done with Subway altogether. I wouldn’t be surprised if they deny a refund on the $50 I spent on their gift cards under false pretenses.

Subway, your business model is deeply flawed. Franchise owner: Stop nickel and

I placed an online order at the 23rd St location. I waited about 25 min then went to pick it up. I walk in, there’s no customer service. There was one employee with one customer. She didn’t say welcome, I’ll be right with you just one second or anything. No greeting whatsoever. I patiently waited until she ask me what she can make for me. I told her I was there to pick up an order, and gave my name. She said she couldn’t find it and ask several times was it for that location. I offered to show my bank app so she could see I was charged. I didn’t get a I’m sorry about the mix up, I apologize for this situation, nothing like that. She said she’ll make the sandwiches, and she did. I told her about my 2 cookies. She looked as if I made it up. I checked my bag and asked for napkins and she turned the napkin holder around lol instead of putting napkins in the bag with the food like they’re supposed to do. I grabbed my napkins and left. I get home so me and my husband can eat, and the food is horrible. I got a sandwich and he got a wrap. I bit my sandwich and it tastes like the bread is old. I specifically asked for pepper jack cheese and got what looks like provolone. The sandwich is just nasty.
I always go to this same location but never on the weekends. I won’t make this mistake again. The guy that works during the week customer service is awesome.

Ordered for pick up my husband went and picked it up he ordered a flat bread foot long and 2 raspberry cheese cake cookies. Came home his sandwich was made the wrong way folded in half hamburger style instead of hotdogs style. Then he gets to his cookies and he takes a bight looks at it and it’s a white macadamian cookie. Wouldn’t be so upset with the cookies if they would have waited and told him that they where out of them. I get it in sure it was a long day I used to work at Subway and summer days suck sometimes but I always had the common courtesy to wait for the customer if we were out of something.

I am appalled at the customer service from Michael today. I love subway and have been a loyal customer for many, many years. I, also, do not leave negative reviews but this was such a bad experience. First of all, I walk in with my boyfriend to a co-worker asking Michael for help, as the line was getting long. Rudely, Michael said something like “you got this” and did not help her out- which was very off putting. Then, upon making my sandwich, I asked for extra onions. In front of all the customers in the store, he pretty much yells to me for all to hear,” we have to save the onions for the other customers.” Then proceeds to wrap my sandwich, without giving me extra onions. He shamed me for asking for extra onions to everybody in the store. Mind you, I did not have some obnoxious sandwich. I order the same thing every time and ask for extra onions and have NEVER been told no before. I get ham, lettuce, onion, and Mayo- with extra onion due to it being a foot long. Extremely simple sandwich. It was the most off putting comment made to me in customer service to date. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that store anymore.
