The staff at this family run franchise is stellar.
I have one thing to say about this new refill poli y. Its obviously meant to deter loitering on the premise by people experiencing homelessness. That’s foolishness.
Ordering at the kiosk will never work. It’s way too confusing.

Great new remodeling of the interior, patio, and kitchen area as of November 2023.
I am a big fan of using the app because it’s easy, convenient, accurate, you can find great deals exclusive to the app, and you can accumulate points per dollar spent rapidly for free food!
The remodel is great! Now, when dining in, you have the option of table service!
The decor is modern and chill. They did away with self service soda, lids, and everything else that usually leads to a mess in favor of more seating and a great use of space.
You can order on line, drive thru, at kisok, on app, or at the counter.
This visit I wanted a quick bite to eat and got a great app deal on large fries, a spicy McChicken, and a medium coke. Great value pricing for my meal too!
It was ready on time when I walked in.
The dining room and patio areas were clean. The restroom was clean also.
I decided to sit at one of the tables inside to eat and glanced at news every now ans then on the big screen TV they have to one side on the wall (nice touch)! Volume level was normal (not loud but just right!)
Because the remodel has closed off the kitchen area, you don’t hear any sound coming from it so it’s a very pleasant atmosphere.
I’ve always like this location. Their employees are friendly, efficient, and keep things moving along.
Food. Great! Spicy McChicken with your typical lettuce and mayo. I add a hefty layer of fries to give the sandwich some more volume (personal hack). The fries are truly the best fries in the fast food world especially today when they were fresh and HOT! And fountain Coke there always tastes perfect.
It’s a fast food five stars from me.
Plus bonus points for the cool remodel. And the staff there are great too!

My friends don’t like McDonald’s but I do.
The service and food are always consistent
Wi-Fi I’ve never gotten to work at this location.
Atmosphere has issues twice now I’ve been there with someone blaring something on their cell phone; that sucks and nobody in management comes out to tell them to silence their phones. One more time and I am no longer an eat in customer.

Business model is tanking. You ring up your own order. Lobby is dirty and trashed. Not a clean table in sight. Plus prices have gone up. Nice.

I just wanted a nice easy morning, so we went to McDonald’s for an easy breakfast. We ordered a side of bacon but gave us a side of sausage. We ordered a ham egg McMuffin, but we got a sausage egg McMuffin. They gave us no utensils, and no condiments. The service was grouchy and mean.

No customer service. You have to use a kiosk to order your food. No in person register is open. The lobby is filthy with dirty tables, food on the floor, and trash overflowing. Food was not worth what I paid for. Only stopped here because I was desperate for food.

Ordered on app for drive thru 6:08 pm , live 7 min away . Drive thru was empty. Was told to drive to 1st window to get our monopoly stickers, instead the lady told us that the cookie tote we ordered was missing 4 cookies and that they only had 9 . Then said they would get name so i could get my cookies . Didn’t get my stickers (whatever we were just hungry and wanted some cookies too) we get to next window greeted by a man who told us he would have out 9 cookies out fresh and to park in # 1 . Gave us food portion and drinks. We ended up waiting 20 mins before having to get off to ask about cookies. We ended up eating some of dinner in car . Then we waited to be attended by an older lady Who was at the front taking orders then after we were finally asked what we needed or wanted to order we explained to her the situation and how we were waiting for our cookies for 20 minutes so she kindly went to the back to ask what was going on we could hear them talking about something about cookies being burnt I’m not too sure so she comes back saying they only had eight cookies so at this point I’m like I just wanna refund so she ended up giving me a refund and the eight cookies But very disappointing on the drive-through people how they handled the situation of not having enough when we order through the app and it was not a good look for this, McDonald’s

New remodel is cold and feels like a food factory. 2 of the 4 kiosks were ‘closed’. The hand sanitizer was broken and kept making a hammering noise. The drive thru was closed and it took 20 minutes to get my order. The food was dry and tasteless and my special request for extra pickles and no onions was ignored. Not coming back.
