When you walk in, I was greeted with a smile. I came in for a pickup. My order was not necessarily ready, only because I was early to pick up which was great because knowing that they make your order hot and ready. They have great customer service and I want to say Kenzie was absolutely phenomenal.

It is genuinely remarkable how consistently this location manages to get orders wrong. In an era where orders are printed, displayed on screens, and tracked digitally, this staff still “forgets” items with near-perfect reliability.
Order through the app? Expect something to be missing. Order in person? You’d better inspect your bag before leaving, because odds are high they missed something anyway. At this point, checking your order is not a precaution …. it’s a requirement!
This isn’t an occasional mistake. It is a pattern. Literally every time I have ordered from this location, something has been left out. That level of consistency stops looking like human error and starts looking like they’re keeping the fries to just eat it themselves or something.
Basic skills like reading an order screen, counting items, and verifying a bag before handing it to a customer should not be optional qualifications. Yet here, they appear to be.

Aside from my drink cup crumbling when I tried to put a lid on it, food was great, Service was great. I am sure I could have asked for another cup but I managed alright with my broken one. Tables were clean enough, some crumbs but nothing gross. Bathroom faucet in men’s room was hardly working.
Overall a great experience, I like the sauce variety and flavors.

Food was good, Service was great and was clean. It’s not quite Canes but it’s close. I would say 1. Canes 2. Slim chicken 3. Zaxby’s as far as chicken strip meals. Cheesecake bites were very good.

Over salted fries, almost dry & flavorless wrap. The chicken fingers were okay, but nothing special. The shake was really good and the dining area is neat. First and last time eating here. I spent $39 for two people. Halfway through the meal I’d wished we’d gone to Whataburger or somewhere else.

Ive now lived in this area for 3.5 years. I dont know how I’ve never gone here. But I had a craving for fried pickles and they came up in my search. So we got those, white cheddar cheese bites, and the boneless wing meal. Yummy. My husband and one of my kids loved them too! My other kid is Autistic so that’s nothing on them. Told my husband i really enjoyed the meal and we will should go back sometime! We went through the drive thru. It wasn’t fast but its wasn’t slow. So that’s a plus on my book!

Made a last minute decision to eat inside instead of get takeout, best decision of my week. The cashier and the manager were super helpful and kind, my food came out so hot and juicy burnt my tongue (and I couldn’t be happier about it), and the portions were great! The manger Brett and the cashier Sarah were phenomenal, and I can’t forget all those who made our food! Thanks for a great experience!

It would’ve been 5 stars because everything was really fresh. But the chicken tenders were just overwhelmingly salty, and I couldn’t taste any other seasoning apart from salt.
For reference, we got the chicken tender/wings platter with fries and Texas toast. The fries and wings were amazing, the chicken tenders and Texas toast were a let down. Maybe smokers will enjoy this level of salt, but it was hard to enjoy the meal.
The staff here were really nice which is always a plus.

We heard about how good this place was so we finally got the chance to stop by and check this place out. The food was amazing and was brought out to our table pretty quick so we didn’t have to wait long at all. The inside was very clean and welcoming and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely have to come back again.

I love zaxbys food and service at this location…. Usually. Today I’m a bit let down at the quality and amount. There were only two cars ahead of me and they were served pretty quickly. The staff were fast and friendly. My order was cold and barely any fries. This is a kids meal that I cannot believe I just paid 6$ for. If I had ordered food for myself I probably would have just brushed it off and shared my fries with my kid.
