I am writing this first of all because of our server, Rachel! She was AMAZING. I don’t write reviews, but I am taking the time to do this because of my experience and that always begins and ends with your server! Second, no mater how good your server is if the food doesn’t live up to the hype it isn’t worth it. I loved the food and will definitely go back as the food was excellent.

Everything there was absolutely amazing! From the drinks, food and desserts. Our server Robin was an absolute delight! If you go ask for her! She will make your night that much better! The garlic butter chicken and salmon it was great! Had the pineapple upside martini, and the death by chocolate. Both were FABULOUS but the pineapple upside down cake one was my favorite! Definitely a must try. Dont review much, but this one needed it. If your thinking of trying this place or other in the Canton area. Definitely go here and ask for Robin. You wont be disappointed!

Tonight my sister and I went to shakers for dinner. I am not from Michigan and we chose shakers because I called and they said they had a gluten free bun. I was hungry for a hamburger. Well the bun was not great but the service was awesome. I told them the bun was not good but the hamburger was excellent. It is very hard finding a gluten free bun and most restaurants don’t even offer one. i would recommend this place. Friendly people and good food. Thank you Shakers for everything.

Pictures for proof . Everything we ordered was awesome !! Server was amazing i ordered the pizza and cheese bread . And wife cheese steak . Food was amazing .However the tv ( in restaurant) shows you buy one and get second half off . Pizza cheese bread and wings. Doesn’t show a day of the week . Server said Monday only . I have pictures for proof . The should stand by their advertisement. That’s why it’s a one star . Even the manager came and took picture of my picture said someone in wixom beed to fix it advertisement . Still need to honor what you advertise .

I coordinated a retirement party and a different place suddenly could not meet our capacity needs. On a Friday we had to find new plans for a Monday party, and are so grateful that Krista and her amazing staff were able to accommodate us!!! We had about 70 people! Every single staff member we interacted with were so attentive and pleasant. They checked with me directly more than a few times during our 3 hour event. Truly above and beyond attitude and service. They had set up the area for us an hour before we got there, and let us move tables around so that we could set up a photo projector.
Additionally the food was fantastic. We ordered a huge variety of chicken wings and pizzas in advance, and they brought them out at a great rate. We ordered a bit too much food so I was able to take a box home to my husband, who is a wing snob and he raved about them, the flavor and how perfectly it was cooked.
During the party we did some speeches, and the staff (without us requesting) turned the music down for us. I have coordinated a fair share of events and I have to say this was the easiest and best event at any restaurant. I got so many compliments from my coworkers on the food and the vibes that I had to pass along here. Thank you thank you, we will absolutely be back!!!

Heard great things about Shakers. Took my children today for food after an evening of fun at the Escape room. Sadly our waitress was not pleasant/friendly seemed to be miserable, but didn’t let that bother our meal. A little pricey but the food was good. Got the bill and was a little shocked with the gratuity for a group of 8 or more added. My group was for 4. Brought this up to the host because the waitress was no where in site. Host came back said managers taking care of it and walked away. I said I wanted to speak to the manager. She said ok. All of a sudden the waitress appeared with a huge smile (first we had seen the entire time we were there) stating how silly she was for putting her pin number in and thats what caused the additional gratuity. I said I would like to speak to the manager, instantly back to the straight face and walked away. When the manager arrived she said it was a mistake and would be adjusted. I stated I wasnt sure how their POS system is set up but I dont think you enter your pin to add gratuity to the bill, the manager changed her statement and said well I dont know how she did it but its being fixed. We all work hard for our money and I always tip well. Unfortunately I wont be returning to this location as service wasn’t welcoming and the “accidental gratuity” input left a negative impact for my first visit to Shakers.

I went there with my daughter for dinner. The food was good but our server, Chelsea, made the night great. She was on top of things, we got our food quickly, and we never had to ask for a refill. Definitely will be going back.

Went here for my birthday dinner this evening. The staff were very nice. The food was good, however my stepmom ordered the fajita bowl and they did not have black beans or corn, which were both supposed to be included in the bowl. There was no discount applied to her meal for the missing items, nor was a substitution offered. So she paid full price for less food. She alerted the waitress that is was my birthday and we were celebrating. Nothing was offered for my birthday, no desert, no drink, no discount, no singing of happy birthday. It was quite disappointing as far as a birthday dinner goes. It does deter me from coming back because there was no attempt to reconcile the issue with my step mothers food or any recognition that I was celebrating my birthday there. Disappointing but the food was good.

Hosted a large sports team dinner for 40 people. Food was quick and delicious, service was prompt, organizing was great!! Everyone got their own checks and there was no mix up on that at all which was impressive since people were scattered in our party.
Would happily work with this location again. Manager Krista was great to plan with and servers Ashley and Jazmín did an amazing job.
