I thought Lascari’s was the most wonderful Italian restaurant ever on Lambert Rd. They serve great salads, sandwiches, pasta, calzone, and pizza. I can definitely remember this place forever since I just went to Italy this year in May.

I don’t even know how to say this but last night I came in and ordered 1/2ravioli 1/2SPAGETTI AND MEATBALL i got home and I had a tube noodles in meat sauce. I was hungry so I ate it but after I called in and told them what happen and they said they were sorry and they will make me a new one and have it delivered to my house ok cool. But he wanted the unused or the rest that I didn’t eat back. I thought that was a little wierd but ok. Well when they came with my dinner I told the kid that they wanted the uneaten back and asked if they reuse it for someone else’s dinner. He said no just keep it. We’ll I was full so I put my dinner that was delivered to me in the fridge and took it out tonight for dinner and obviously they do use the left over from someone else that probably returned my dinner after they ate half of it and they delivered it to me. I can’t believe that this is legal to do they didn’t even try to make it look like they didn’t eat it cuz it was half gone meatball was even cut in half. Who ever was in charge last night should be fired. That is so illegal. What if the people that took my dinner home and ate it put something in it and then they delivered it to me. It looked disgusting. I’m so disappointed. I go there at least 3 times a month. They just lost my business and I will bring in the dinner that they delivered me and I would like to see the owner eat that himself. THIS IS SO DISGUSTING!!! I’m so pissed.

My wife ordered chicken paccata and they took over 40 minutes to make the food. During this time there was absolutely zero communication between their staff and my wife. The service and food quality has really went downhill. If you want Italian food that doesn’t take 40 minutes and taste like chefboyardee then youre better off going to claros Italian deli in la habra.

Pizza is delicious usually order pepperoni and sausage for delivery. This time though I was in the area so opted for pick up. Wait time was about 20-30 minutes, I was running errands so this was perfect. Parking is a little tight as they are in the little strip mall with Mexican Grocery store ( El Venadito). This location has seating available for dine in options, they also sell chips and drinks. They have an extensive deli counter for sandwiches or deli meat. They also sell wine ( very limited options such as Stella Rosa) which is too sweet for me. They also have a bakery section with cookies and other pastries. Unfortunately even if you prepay for your order you still have to wait in line to get your order. Would be great if they had a prepaid section ( like other restaurants such as Panera) and you can just walk up and grab your order. Or you could go to front of the line. I had to wait another 15 minutes with others placing orderes and paying, on a Friday night line can get long. Other than that no other concerns. Food is consistently good, fresh , top quality ingredients are used.

Feels like a long timers place. Original decor and style from the early 1980’s. Nothing has changed for better or worse. They hardly ever have meatless lasagna or veggies lasagna, which they need to bring back!!! 3rd

Lascaris catered our backyard home wedding a couple of weeks ago, and I can’t say enough good things about Nicole, Annette, and their amazing team. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every way. Our guests were raving about the appetizers and assorted desserts — everything was absolutely delicious — but the showstopper of the night was hands down the pasta bar.
This wasn’t your average pasta bar. Everything was made fresh on-site, with a variety of sauces and toppings so guests could completely customize their dish. Everyone loved having control over their meal, and it made it so easy to please every palate. It was such a refreshing change from the typical “steak or fish” wedding plated dinner — it felt comforting, interactive, and full of heart.
The service was exceptional! The staff arrived on time, worked seamlessly, and treated everyone with kindness and genuine care. Even our most particular guests were blown away by the quality of the food, the presentation, and the professionalism. The whole experience truly felt like family — exactly what we wanted for our wedding day.
If you’re considering Lascaris, do it! We highly recommend adding a little extra time and extra wait staff like we did — it made everything even smoother, especially with bussing and cleanup.

I’ve come here a couple times, and I get a little overwhelmed with their selection of food. They have plenty of choices to choose from, the deli, and restaurant. Food is good. A little pricey in my opinion, but than again, what food isn’t. Parking can be a little tight, but free..it’s located in a little shopping strip area..food options are plentiful. Staff is friendly and patient. Place is clean. Seating is limited due to deli, and store. Overall it’s a nice neighborhood deli/restaurant.

Lascaris Italian Deli has the BEST Lasagna with Meatballs and sauce, Fried Zucchini, and Minestrone Soup! I HIGHLY recommend this cute restaurant… it’s been around a long time, so you know they do it right here! The portions are worth every penny!!!

food was good, large portions, located in a strip mall in Whittier, fairly crowded parking. It has been many years since I’ve been back, the food seemed a little bit lacking in flavor, but still very very good with amazing portions. The sandwiches more than 12 inches longand the spaghetti was 2 pounds for a single serving.
