This location never gets my food right. I get 30min for lunch so I make a mobile order for easy pickup. Every single order i place ends up wrong. Cheeseburger instead of a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. Spicy nuggets instead of regular and no straw for my drink. I would go somewhere else.

It is Wendy’s! The food is what it normally is. But the older ladies at the drive through were very impatient and ignorant. The kid at the counter that gave me ranch dipping sauce (that i did not receive with my order at the drive through) for my kids, was a very nice.

Pulled in the drive thru at 6:40am. They couldn’t serve me because a delivery truck was blocking the lane. It was not expected to be clear for another 15 minutes. Don’t believe their posted hours. Go to McDonald’s instead

Waited over 11 minutes just to be waited on while the drive through and APP users were prioritized. Fries sat on counter waiting then my sandwich was unwrapped by the person who took my order to see what it was. Wrong flavor of frosty. Manager told me to take it up with corporate when I brought it to his attention.

Lousy service the lady taking the order had a severe attitude problem she was more concerned being on her phone and talking with others rather than doing her job food was cold and the orders were incomplete. And I also got the Baconator fries and instead of having bacon bits in it they simply just put whole strips on top if I could give it to zero Stars I would
