You’d think at my age I would know better than to take my wife out to dinner on Valentines Day, but here we are. Had the Valentines Menu and we chose Beef Ragout Arencini which was well seasoned and interesting. The Burata was more subtly flavored. The duck breast main was a little dry but with good, seared flavour. The lobster ravioli was big and generous, but a little undercooked for our liking and the lobster filling was tasty but sparse. The desserts, pistachio tiramisu and chocolate mousse, were excellent! It didn’t matter how good the food was, because the Valentines Day atmosphere was overwhelming. There must have been lots of extra tables added because we were seated so close to our neighbours we might as well have been sharing a table. The staff had to constantly bump into the back of my chair just to squeeze through. Dinner was tasty but not $250 tasty. I don’t resent restaurants capitalizing on the high demand, but it is too bad they make the evening so commercial that it feels like we are forced to pay First Class prices for a Cattle Class experience. I would be willing to try this restaurant’s regular menu on a regular night.

Went to celebrate a birthday with about 40 people. It’s a beautiful place. Coffee was very good. We started with a platter of croissants and chocolatines, fresh fruits, a little borata with cherry tomatoes. Then we had 3 choices: Omelette, French Toast or Eggs Benedict with salmon. I had the Eggs Benedict which was very good. We finished with a lovely platter of little lemon tarts, millefeuille, cheese cakes, and tiramisu. Will have to run a marathon to burn it off but it was all really good and a fun party.

The staff were incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the day, making our work seamless and enjoyable. From the setup to the service and the food, every detail was top-notch.
Highly recommended not only as a dining experience but also as a fantastic wedding venue!

I celebrated my fifth anniversary with my spouse last night, and it was truly magical. Melissa had taken care of arranging a beautiful bouquet for me because I wanted to surprise her. When we arrived, the ambiance was perfect, and the decor was stunning. The hostess invited us to enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne in the lounge before heading to our table. After relaxing and being impressed by the service, we were led to our table, which was the most romantic setup I’ve ever seen. It was absolutely perfect. We shared a rib steak, which was cooked to perfection (medium), and the cut was beautiful. We had an incredible meal and the most perfect time at The Richmond. Special thanks to our server, Jérémy, and to Melissa and Patrick for hosting. It’s a perfect venue for all types of gatherings—whether it’s with friends, couples, happy hour, or weddings. I highly recommend it!

Food was overpriced, went in for lunch and with noone in the restaurant food took forever (over 20min). A medium rare requested burger was cooked well done and there was no sauce or dip for the fries outside of prepackaged mayo – which I didn’t have. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for lunch as the value for money and time isn’t worth the investment. It’s unfortunate too, I was parched and really looking forward to this place for lunch after a long morning on a hot day, but left quite disappointed. Service was the main redeeming quality – my server was quite attentive and professional. Kitchen staff could improve quality and attention to detail. The dish overall was too dry and there wasnt thought given into how to balance the dish.

Le Richmond was an absolute delight. I had the risotto, and it was rich, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was wonderful — elegant yet comfortable — making it a great place to truly enjoy the meal. What really stood out was the service: attentive, warm, and genuinely stellar. Attended my cousin’s wedding this weekend at Le Richmond. The service was outstanding — from the valet service and the seamless transition from ceremony to reception, to the food, atmosphere, and overall vibe. The staff were warm and welcoming. 10/10 experience!

I was at Richmond for valentines dinner. We had a great time. The place is beautiful, our server was amazing and proposed very good wine options that perfectly paired with our food. The buratta was very tasty, tuna tartare was fresh and flavorful and the rib steak was just wow. I will be back.

We had a reservation for 9pm, they made us wait for a good amount of time, then made us sit before changing us place and putting us to a table that wasn’t even ready yet. The other tables had candles, ours didnt, we just received two glasses and the cutlery without any care like we saw the other tablea get. We had to wait 20 minutes just to receive the QR code for the menu and another 15 min to order our drinks and food. We came for the Valentine Menu which already doesn’t have many options but was fine and we are told that there is only two choices of entrée now which reduces the options. Between the first service and receiving the second we had to wait an hour, we saw all other tables and even tables that came after us getting served, eat and leave and we still didnt reveived the second service before 10:40. The food was cold like it waited a long time on a counter but we never received it on time so it wasn’t even that good. We took the desserts to go since we were already paying for them and didnt want to have wait more and when came the time to pay, they not only made us pay the Valentine Menu but even a plate we never asked nor received. After noticing the error and noticing them we had to wait another 15 minutes just to get our refund from the manager that didn’t once apologize for the crazy waiting time of the whole thing or for the mistake on the bill. The only good point was that our waitress was kind and came to see us once to apologize for the wait we had to endure for the food but thats it. Not worth the money for the little amount of food and close to none service and respect we received. Will never return or recommand this place.
