Very surprised, I do not eat at Arby’s. But I was sent coupons so I decided to eat at Arby’s. The curly fries that Arby’s has is second to none. And the sandwiches, surprisingly are tasty. The bread is so biteable, if you don’t know what that is, I don’t really know how to explain it but it just feels good between your teeth. The meat, is… “Arby’s, we got the meat.” You get what they advertise. If you like meat, and want a break from hamburgers, I would recommend Arby’s. The staff was remarkable at this Arby’s, friendly and on point. If you so happen to be driving by, drop on in, or go through the drive through, and order those curly fries! And of course an Arby’s sandwich.

Pretty clean. Food always good. Not sure if they do not hire enough people during peak times but, there are times when it takes forever to get through the drive thru or even go in and get your food.

2 cars in the drive through, mine being the second. Had to wait approx 10 mins for the car in front of me(looks like they had a large order). I had ordered a small coke and a brisket sandwich. I was given my coke and sat there about 5 mins then was asked to pull ahead to wait? For 1 sandwich?? She said “we have orders inside the resturant” which wasnt even a forth full. I finally just left without my sandwich.

Listen, I originally came in for a DoorDash and I had a DoorDash bag with me so they knew I was there for DoorDash. I stood away from the counter for a while and then I decided I wanted to get something to eat and went to the counter. Everyone was standing around, one person was preparing my DoorDash order and another was stalking but the rest were just standing around talking and joking, they saw me multiple times and did not say anything to me. I had to say something to them to even get any service. Kristy was The one who helped me and she was amazing, did all the right things. I know I was there for a DoorDash order but we are still people and we should still be greeted. I used to work at Arby’s and I worked on multiple restaurants, that’s kind of what you guys are supposed to do.

The arby roast beef and the ham and Swiss are very good. I don’t like the Arby’s app. Every time I use it I have to enter my credit card number. Why can’t the app store that information on the app? I can’t take advantage of the BOGO without using the app. My card number is stored in other apps. It’s an unnecessary hassle.

As far as fast food places go this one is decent. It’s a nice change from the usual cheeseburger places. I usually get the beef and cheddar and it’s pretty good. I like the arby’s sauce. The jalepeno bites are pretty good especially when you dip them in their bronco berry sauce. They also have a reuben and some other sandwiches that are good. I miss the sliders they used to have though.

I just tried the new steak chunks…… they were awful tasteless over cooked greasy chunks of meat, absolutely no flavor at all the only way to eat them was to coat them with BBQ sauce I ate half of them gave the rest to my dog. He smelled them and walked away…… DO NOT BUY they are awful.

We eat at this this Arby’s all the time, and usually it’s pretty good, but not tonight. I ordered from the 2 for $6 menu. I got a cold chicken tender sandwich and luke warm Mac n Cheese. Probably the worst meal ever at Arby’s. Very disappointing.

I ordered some Chicken Nuggets and I asked for some honey mustard and ketchup. I didn’t get any honey mustard. But I did get some ketchup!! The drive thru worker gave me 36 ketchup packets!!!!!!!!! I wanted to come back and speak with the manager about this foolishness but my wife said to let it go. I will never stop by your store ever again!!! The young man who did this, is a terrible person.. Who does this? This happened this past Sunday afternoon.
