Absolutely disgusting experience. My food arrived stone cold—like it had been sitting out for hours. Burger was soggy, the fries were limp and tasteless, and everything just screamed low quality. This place has gone completely downhill. I honestly hope Burger King shuts down this location soon so a better restaurant can take its place and actually serve decent food. Never coming back. Avoid at all costs!

Pulled up to drive thru waited about 15 min try to order then the guy was all i can not here you when we tried to order vampire nuggets combo he told us to pull to window aaked again for combo and he said he does not know what the combo is. Then since pulled to window now have no menu board to look at well we order food they charged us seperatly for fries and drink fries only had maybe a total of 8 french fries and then for got vampire nuggets and when we asked for them he said we should of checked as soon as we got the bag but how will we know until we look in the bag really disrepectful to us .wow it is really amazing that they treat people us this way .

Horrible people working here had 5 people in the back and no customers made me wait in the drive thru for 10 min while they had no one else ordering food in the drive thru or inside. It was a mobile order that was already paid for as well and to top ot all off my food was burnt and disgusting. Why are these people getting paid 20 dollars and our they barely deserve 10.

Went through the drive thru about 20 till closing, Bradley took me and my friends order and was so sweet, I had felt bad for coming though so late but was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and kind he was. Had a pretty stressful day and honestly it made my day better, great young man and clearly a great worker. (and the fries where bomb)

Slowest drive thru in Redding. Empty lobby, two cars in drive-thru- 20 minutes. “We are sorry for the delay we are catching up.” Second time, same line, in two weeks. Catching up with what? There are no customers.. and now we know why.

I am very disappointed with their food and service. I ordered Impossible Whopper, and I found the patty became redder as I was eating. When I almost ate half of it, I didn’t feel comfortable to eat any more.
So I asked them why this is so red, and Andrew, the General Manager said that is the normal color of Impossible Whopper but they will make another one.
I waited there but later they came and told me that the machine is not working properly, so couldn’t make proper temperature for Impossible Whopper, and they said they can make another one when I revisited there.
I asked them rather to refund than revisiting, and the General Manager didn’t seem so happy for my request, saying to himself or other persons there that, “I can’t understand why we should refund. He already ate them.”

I took my mom here to go get “dinner” and she got two orders of chicken fried they were hard and stale. We spent 27$ and around 10$ were spent on the two orders of chicken fries.. what a waste of money when the quality is so poor. The burger was fine but I felt bad about the whole ordeal.. wouldn’t recomend. If we live so close by and go there then there’s no need to give us stale food when its so expensive. Maybe you could fix this in the future.

Worst Burger King ever. Pulled right up to drive through order spot, other one had a lady making her order. I watched on screen what she ordered, a double Western whooper meal showed on screen. I continued to sit there, then finally she ordered a desert, sat there waiting thinking what’s taking so long. Looked and she ordered a medium drink also. This took way to long. Finally someone comes on over speaker and says they’ll be right back. Sat there a few more minutes. Only 3 cars in parking lot, and I was only one in drive through at that point. She came on finally and took my order. I pulled around and up to window to pay, and to my surprise the other car with lady was still there and behind someone. I sat there waiting to pull ahead for at least 5 more minutes. We’re talking 15+ minutes have already past, I payed and finally got to second window.
The young guy then asks me to pull around and wait out front, I’m thinking why only one car got behind me and just got there. But I stayed calm and pulled around front where I sat many more minutes. The car behind me was served and long gone. Never again will I go there. My order was two whopper juniors and 2 medium fries, no drinks. The fries were okay, the burgers looked like some kind of joke. Very small with the smallest, thinnest patties I’ve ever seen in my 66 years and one of the two patties looked like it had sat outside all day. I’ve thrown away better looking food. What’s worse was the wait time and thinking these kids are getting 20.00 an hour. I hope the owner fixes these slow employee’s for other people’s sake, cause I’ll never go back there.

Not only does it take forever to get our food although it was dead there’s not a single person in the Drive-Thru or in the lobby but also we were missing an item in our order & contacting the manager she was extremely rude, disrespectful & extremely unprofessional. Upon asking for the GM’s name she hung up on me. I advise people to steer clear of that the Burger King on Eureka way I will not be going there again!!

I ordered online. Food was okay. They forgot one of our fries.
Got that taken care of was eating, and while I was waiting noticed one of them go outside and smoke from their vape. Come inside with his gloves still on. Open the door to go in, go over to his phone. Use his phone and then no washing hands. No, clean gloves. And grabbed a
bun to start making food, then grabbed his phone again. Then noticed another person was using their phone. Isn’t this totally against food safety? Who knows what that guy had in his pocket? And then he’s touching food, I won’t be back.
