I stopped by just after lunch rush because I was craving a Whopper. I ordered a combo deal off the app at the counter, only to be met by an uninspired worker. The order was served quickly, and even though I told them I was eating inside, it was presented as take-out. The special-order whopper was fresh, and the fries were hot and crispy. I had my choice of beverages from the touch-screen fountain machine.
The inside was clean and comfortable, with a nice soft chair area. Clean restrooms. They did mess up the order on two inside orders that followed me, but mine was correct. I would return.

My whopper was packaged very nicely and looked like art when I opened the box. The burger looked like it was made by someone who cared and payed attention to detail. The flavor was just as it should be, a nice tasty burger. I hope burger king keeps it’s momentum and stays for years to come as it’s one of the American icon’s.

I came to this one late in the wee hours. I had a receipt that I used for doing a survey for a free whopper. I let they lady at the speaker know that I had the receipt and she had taken my order. It seems like she had a hard time hearing me when I was explaining to her how I wanted to customize the whopper so she had me just pull up to the window. I explained to her again how I wanted my whopper made. She seemed irritable but she carried on with telling the cook how I wanted my sandwich prepared. I didn’t understand why it had taken them a long time to make one sandwich especially when was the only order that they had at the time. I received my sandwich after awhile and I looked at it to makes sure that they had it correct. Out of ten I would give it a six. It was a nasty sandwich but they did make it to my liking. They probably had a bad night. I would give them another shot because I have been here before and had received better service.

Every single time no miss, something is always missing… why? Especially if it’s the damn Hershey’s sundae pie for some reason? I spent 16.00 for the nuggets combo a Jr whopper. A large drink onion rings. The nuggets were cold after waiting 15 min why did she give the people who were there before us fresh ones and give us their old ones? The soda fountain didn’t work. They took fries out of 4 bags dumped them back in holder. Then poured a hot basket on top of them. By then my burger was cold as was the onion rings. That in the fact everything tasted awful. I love my dog but that was too much money to spend on her. I would have taken it back in but the line was too long and l was out of my area.

Terrible service, I even order ahead online and I’m still waiting minimum ten mins. And the. The fries are cold and half full. They always forget the sauces I pay for in the app too. Last time I went we timed it and mind you we were the only ones there for about 6 minutes. Then one other car pulled into wait too.

Whoever the manger on duty on 12/6/25 at noon is extremely rude! When trying to make sure our order was correct, she over talked the employee taking the order. She snapped at us because the whole order was not showing. Do better management!
