Placed an order on GrubHub and it took an extra 33 minutes to arrive. The staff at this location don’t follow instructions well. My order was missing a large brownie batter vanilla frosty swirl, no dipping sauces for the nuggets, no ketchup for the fries, no napkins, no fork for the chicken caesar salad. Lots of mistakes here and the staff needs to properly take care the orders, instead of speeding through. That’s why so many mistakes happened.

For some reason the food is never prepared on time for the carrier to pick up. Three delivery drivers unable. I have to wait for them to pick up the food and I wait hours. My food gets to me cold and unappetizing. This has happened more than once. Today my food is over 2 hrs late. Ridiculous.

Coke was way too watery, but their was better than either Burger King or McDonald’s best.
Service was swift with limited seating on the first floor. There was sufficient seating on the second floor which was swarming with high school children which surprisingly were not rowdy.
The second floor was dimly lit as several light fixtures were not operational somewhat hiding the unsightly water stains affecting some ceiling tiles.
Finally, a couple of tread nosings were missing from the second floor staircase negligently creating a slip and fall hazard.

Great customer service, the cashier “ young guy with a beard “ is beyond amazing. I was here today, my 5 years old girl was ordering her frosty, he was so patient and helpful. Also in the past, I always ask him so many questions about the menu, and he’s always happy to answer and help. Great customer service, thank you !!! I wish I knew your name 🙂

Let’s face it, Wendy’s has a great burger. It is really juicy and delicious. I generally don’t do the 5 for 5 special and instead get a Dave’s Burger. Fast Food is Fast Food and thus should only get a 3. But this wendy’s gets two more stars for a large eating space upstairs and really clean bathrooms.

This is a really great location with a fantastic team. Granted, I come in every day and get the same thing, but my order gets placed before I even get to the register. Everyone on the team is super nice, the fact that a lot of them remember me, is honestly incredible for a fast food place. Food always tastes fresh and delicious. Their chocolate chip cookie, honestly, could be sold as a high end cookie, it’s that good.

This location is by far the worst Wendy’s! It doesn’t matter if you order your food 30 mins in advance, it is never done when you get there. The employees do not acknowledge you unless you call out for them. 9/10 they are all playing around with each other in the kitchen instead of an employee standing in the front to greet guest or check for mobile orders. I recently came in and was asked what my name was for the mobile order and the employee just said “ok” I waited TWENTY FIVE MINS with the assumption they were still preparing the order. NOPE! When I finally complained he looked at the mobile orders and said “oh it was right here!” And then laughed. My entire lunch break was wasted on foolishness. I’m aware that this is a fast food restaurant and not a 5 star restaurant but, they need to do better.

BE AWARE BEFORE YOU EAT. I ordered cheese burger and other items for take out / delivery. The bun had mold. (See the picture). Also my other items (Taco Salad) was staled. The lettuce were old, soggy, and some leaves were rotten. 10 pieces Crispy Chicken Nuggets came with only 8 pieces, and they were not crispy at all. They were soggy and the temperature was low. I had to throw them away. Especially the buns had MOLD, I felt unsafe by eating anything. I will report these issues to the city and the corporate.

This Wendy’s is very mismanaged. A soda was included with my order, but they said they didn’t have any ice. So, they gave me another cold drink instead of the fountain drink, but they charged me extra. they call order numbers, but they didn’t call mine. When I went back to the counter, I saw my food was there and someone was checking it to see if it is their food. My order was wrong food, and the meat was still red inside. The person who took my order and the cook had very bad attitude. This is a place to stay away from.
