Filthy bathrooms. Walked out immediately after seeing that. Thankful, since I was telling a friend about it and they said a group of them had dinner there about a week ago and 3 out of 4 of them got food poisoning. Incidentally, the one person who didn’t get sick ordered something different from the other 3. So so gross.

Even that that gave it to 2 stars. The bathroom was disgusting.The counters at the drink machine were dirty.All of the tables but one were dirty with only one other person sitting in the place. The sandwiches were OK kinda dry so honestly I wasn’t impressed and this was my first time at Charley’s ever.! The fries weren’t cooked all the way. And the cheese sauce was barely melted. I will not return to this location again.

Ordered through the drive thru and made a mistake on my order and they were very accommodating to adjust my order and fix the issues! Very friendly window staff. Definitely recommend them

This location will lock door hours before is supposed to close 10pm. I was there Monday Nov 24 at 9am and location was already closed. We tried open door. Employees were there but I bet they already had cleaned. I’ve encountered this before at OBT location. I wonder if franchise has any idea Employees keep closing early. Adjust closing time to 8pm is more like it.

This item is expired, beef or stale or undercooked. It taste very horrible I literally threw up. This restaurant needs to be looked into because they are providing food that could make people sick. I will be reported into the headquarters. This restaurant needs a state inspection providing old stale beef to make cheese stale sandwich’s. I question their quality and will not order from here again.

Pretty good Philly Cheese Steak they have here…The meat could have been seasoned a bit more but all in all it was still pretty good. Everything tasted fresh and came out pretty quick. The dining room is small and fills up quick but they do have outdoor seating as well. I’ll go back to this place whenever I’m in the mood for a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich
