I would rate them a 5. But now this has happen Twice. I over looked it the first time. But now since it happen again. I am about to blow my whistle. Take cash. Do not use your card. These waitress will steal from you. I got a photo of my receipt and i left $4 tip cash & $1 tip om card. Next thing I knew the waitress change it to a $4 tip. Leaving total $8 tip. But for now on. It will be cash only. Just hurt my feelings knowing this was my to go place. But feel pre-traded

Sad to report that after reading my last review, this visit was worse! The food had apparently been sitting out all day because it was hard and/or dried out (this was like 2-½ hours before closing). Many of the selection trays were empty. Once more people came in, then they prepared & refilled some of the food. I was HIGHLY ticked off when i showed the dirty glass pictured & she tried to argue with me that it wasn’t–claiming that it was just the glass! Even after I stuck my finger in it & smeared whatever the gunk was in front of her!

They sent a flyer telling me that if you’re over 60 you get 10% off but when I get to the cash register, they tell me I have to be 65 to get a discount. Funny thing about it, the same cashier has given me the discount several times in the past, but I just got this flyer this morning out of the mailbox. Same thing they’ve had before.

Refused to honor senior citizen discount. Said you have to dine in to get it,but that is not what the flyer said. The flyer simply says senior citizen over 60 get 10% off. This is false advertisement.

This buffet was a pleasant experience. Greeters acknowledge you when you first walk in and sit you immediately. Our waitress was timely, friendly, and understood and spoke English to adequately serve us. The food was delicious once restocked with fresh items. I loved the egg drop soup, crab Rangoon, long green beans and the ice cream options. The Hibachi had selective ingredient options, I would have preferred more, such as eggs, rice and onions. Shrimp and all seafood options on the buffet were fresh. The dining was spacious and accommodating for an inclusive establishment. I visited twice during my stay in town and both experiences were fulfilling. I would love to visit again! Thank you all!

This is the first time the food was cold. Usually it’s good food. The service was the topper, our waitress was unprofessional, her main job apparently was her phone and not customer service. Sat the glass on the edge of the table, you would be blind not to see it. She was a few feet from our table. She finally put her phone down and noticed the cup and plates, after approximately 10 minutes, then wanted to know if we wanted more to drink. We were just ready to go by this time. We usually leave a generous tip, but she didn’t get one. I don’t tip for being on your phone.
