We ordered a big mac and a double quarter pounder the Big Mac had one patty three buns and between the top and middle buns there was nothing not even sauce I took one bite and it was so salty I couldn’t even finish eating it and to top it off it looked like they threw everything in the box and called it good the double quarter pounder was absolutely drenched in grease and both buns were top buns lol and again it was just thrown in the box lol it literally looked like they put the order together with their eyes closed and to top it off my Sprite was watery like they had made it before anybody even ordered it and just left it there and the ice had melted and with the amount of time it took them to make it it should’ve at least looked appetizing. The people were nice though so that’s a plus I guess

I ordered McDonald’s expecting fast food, not an existential crisis wrapped in paper. The burger looked like it had been assembled during an earthquake by someone who actively resented me. The bun was soggy yet somehow stale, defying the laws of bread physics. The patty tasted like it had once been near a cow in a past life and was still emotionally recovering.
The fries were cold, limp, and salted with the tears of shattered dreams. I don’t know how fries can be both undercooked and overcooked at the same time, but McDonald’s has mastered this dark art. The soda was 90% ice, 10% regret.
Eating this meal felt less like dining and more like fulfilling a punishment from a minor Greek god. I didn’t feel full afterward—just empty, spiritually and physically. I left questioning my life choices and whether “I’m lovin’ it” is meant to be ironic.
Would I recommend McDonald’s? Only if you’re conducting a science experiment on how low expectations can go before they tunnel into the earth’s core.

Had a coupon for a free sandwich, went in and placed my order at the kiosk- stood at the counter 10 minutes, no one spoke to me or acknowledged me. I sat in a chair up front for another 10!minutes as I watched an employee take 2 orders out to the curb, a woman(manager?) made eye contact with me and kept going- Still no one said a word to me. I finally went to the register and got the woman’s attention, acting as if it was inconveniencing her, she came up, I told her I’d been waiting 20 minutes, I wanted to check on my order- she replied with the worst attitude “you haven’t even paid for it” which I let her know I had tried, and got no reaction, she kept the change from my payment- only .04¢— but STILL. She walked away without a word, so I let her know I appreciated her “politeness”. If she’s the manager- WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL WAY TO REFLECT ON YOUR EMPLOYEES!! SHAME ON YOU.
I hope she has a better day- guess I should’ve known better coming to the local McDonald’s

The last two times I’ve went here, was honestly mindblowing and not in the good way. The first time, the three employees that we working basically shoved our food into our hands. They were very rude and unfriendly. The second time, the woman working the drive thru, got our order wrong even after I repeated myself multiple times before we got the food what our order was. They forgot one of our mc’chickens, we ordered two. And my friend who was with me heard me at the drive thru say “two mc’chickens.” Multiple times. They then made us pay for another one.We also ordered two apple pies, they gave us one apple and one strawberry. When I went in the cashier proceeded to say “we were out of apple pies, more would have to be made. You’ll have to wait so we just gave you a strawberry one.” We didn’t want the strawberry and she was very rude about it the whole time. Overall the people working night shift, need to have better customer service, and people skills. If you can’t be nice to your customers or get their orders right you shouldn’t be working. Tighten up ya’ll.

No one knows how to answer the phone, I ordered twice in the same week during the night and both times my order was wrong, first time they gave me a regular bacon qp and last night i ordered two pies (strawberries and cream) and only got one pie AND it was an apple pie. Will be going at some point to get it fixed.

I am very is satisfied about my order I spent $20. I was traveling through and stopped by chicken nuggets was old. The fries were tasted burn like they have been re-dropped in grease. I would like my refund back.

Definitely not the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Employee on front end was very rude. Had to wait 20 plus minutes for one McChicken, with the order being a mobile order that was done ahead of time. Food was stale and thrown together. In the future I will be going to the location off of exit 201, where food and service are excellent.

The new style of lobby has eliminated customer service all together. There’s never anyone at the counter. When they do appear, they look at you, like you don’t belong, rather than greeting you with a smile and a “how can I help you?”

Ordered 2 20 piece mcnuggets, got 2 10 piece mcnuggets instead. Didn’t notice til I got home. The worst part: I tried to call the store and the number is disconnected! You can’t even call to try and get a refund or complain. Never coming back to this location.
