I’ve dined at the Maple Street Biscuit and Co over 4 times now. This location only twice. This is by far the best breakfast spot I’ve ever discovered in my entire life. I could live solely on these chicken and waffles and never complain again. With fresh squeezed orange juice and many coffee selections. The orange juice is NOTHING but orange juice, like bitting straight into an orange. It’s delicious. The coffee is good but let’s be real, the star of the show is the Chicken and Waffles. I will say I noticed the chicken tenders have become smaller in the last year or so but the flavor remains amazing. The batter is slightly spicy and savory, the syrup is pure sugar creating a blissful mix. The waffles are always crunchy and fluffy with a big wad of creamy sweet butter. Truly there is nothing better than this and if you haven’t eaten here yet, you haven’t discovered Heaven!

I’ve been a loyal fan of Maple Street for a long time, but I usually order online. I already knew the food was incredible, but I finally had the opportunity to go in person today, and the experience was amazing.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and full of energy. There’s a certain charm to seeing the kitchen in action that you just don’t get from a delivery bag! The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the visit feel special.
As for the food it’s even better fresh from the kitchen. Whether it’s their flaky biscuits or their signature gravy, everything was hot, fresh, and hit the spot. If you’ve only ever ordered online like I did, do yourself a favor and actually stop in. It’s well worth the visit!

Incredible Breakfast

I visited Maple Street Biscuit Company this morning and was absolutely delighted from start to finish. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming — cozy.
The food itself was amazing, was cooked to perfection, flavorful and generous. The portions were hearty, but the quality never felt overdone. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
Fantastic food, excellent service, and a warm, inviting vibe. I’ll absolutely return and will gladly recommend this spot to anyone in the area.

I hate writing a sad review, but my first visit to Maple Street Biscuit Company was unfortunately… just that: sad. When I walked in, the ambiance and décor felt pleasantly rustic in that “southern-charm-meets-farmhouse” way. It wasn’t spectacular, but it set me up to expect a solid, comforting meal. Instead, the food left me wondering if the kitchen had collectively decided to give up on life that morning.

I ordered The Farmer (a hand-breaded chicken, bacon, and cheddar biscuit sandwich topped with apple butter). On paper, it sounded like the kind of breakfast that hugs you from the inside. But the execution? A complete mystery. The cheese sat on the biscuit stiff and unmelted, like it had been refrigerated minutes before hitting my plate. The apple butter was cold, sloppy, and oozing out in a way that felt more “accident” than “intended.” The bacon was incredibly fatty, the kind that makes you pause and ask yourself, Was the cook just lazy today? Or is this their normal standard?

For $10.99, I expected something far better than a sandwich I had to deconstruct just to make it edible. I peeled off the cold cheese, tossed the bacon completely, and ended up using a drinking straw to slurp up the apple butter because, frankly, it was cold enough to pass for a chilled beverage. That left me with a basic chicken biscuit sandwich, and I’ll admit, the chicken was crispy and well-seasoned. But at that point, the “positive” felt more like a consolation prize. Honestly, I could have driven to McDonald’s, grabbed a chicken biscuit for half the price, and walked away far happier. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from this place again.

I get the eggstreme biscuits and gravy with eggs over medium and sausage gravy with chicken added. Absolutely love it. Must try.

I would say a nice spot to get something quick when you are in the area in the park or want a quick lunch. For it to be a biscuit spot I was really expecting a good biscuit however the biscuit wasn’t bad, but dry & lacked in flavor. The best thing was their hash browns! Very good! Also the coffee was average. Nice staff & nice seating inside.

What a great breakfast place! Their lunch/brunch offerings are great also but we visit the Oviedo location primarily for their biscuits and gravy, grits and candied bacon. Their coffee is excellent and they have plenty of it.
Wait time is minimal and the staff are courteous and friendly. The entire menu works well for take out or dine in. We highly recommend them.

My friend recommended me the place. Tried it on a whim. I love it. I get the spinach goat cheese and egg biscuit sandwich (I ask to add sausage) and it has bacon jam. I eat it in the privacy on my own home bc I can’t be held responsible for what I look like when I absolutely demolish it. So yeah it’s good.

We were looking for something different to do for breakfast and stumbled across this place on a Google search. The breakfast sandwich was good. I wanted to try something with the biscuits. You can tell the biscuits were fresh. It was a little dry for my taste, but with the yolk from the egg in the sandwich, it went well. The chicken and waffles were very tasty. It’s one of those place you order at the counter, and they call your name when it’s ready. The place was busy but not overly packed. We didn’t wait long for our food. This particular location is in a nice plaza where you can walk around afterward. We enjoyed it and will return when in the area.
