10-31-25. First time at a Zaxbys. This is right off of I-95 exit 3 in GA. Great exit for tons of food selections, gas, lodging and other services. Our order was served quickly and it was nice and hot. The servers were very polite and friendly. We dined in and the tables were clean and comfortable, restrooms were also clean. Overall this is a strong four star experience for a fast food chain. We’ll be back. If this review was helpful please give it a like. thanks

Their Cobb salad is very good. It has tons of toppings and the portion size is pretty big. I do wish they would give you more dressing though. The dressing packets are tiny and not enough for such a large salad. You can get more but of course they charge you extra.

I ordered a Zax Packz and opened it only 10 minutes after picking it up. The temperature of the food was as if it had just come out of the refrigerator. The bread was stale, the texture of the fries was equivalent to biting into a raw potato, and the boneless chicken tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp that wasn’t even turned on for hours. I’m honestly surprised I didn’t come across a single piece of food that was warm.

Ordered delivery from here. Ordered extra honey mustard for meal. Received a bunch of random hot sauce flavors instead. This food is dependent upon the sauce you prefer with those dry tenders. If you get sauce you don’t like the meal is ruined. Super lame

My daughter is very picky on what she eats. So we eat here alot. And the manager and staff are always amazing.
We always manage to spill a drink when we go here. They are quick to get over and clean it up. While we apologize profusely. They always say its not a problem. This restaurant is absolutely amazing. Food is always great. the manager is awesome. And it shows in his crew. They are always smiling and happy to help

The food is always DELICIOUS. The service is always super friendly, and the place is casual and clean. I will be keep coming to this Zaxby’s location. They’ve got a regular customer here!
Every time I come here, I get friendly service, whether I’m dining in or going through drive-thru. It’s one of my favorite fast food restaurants right now, because the food comes out quick, and has been consistently good.
I usually order the traditional Wings & Things with buffalo garlic blaze as my wing sauce, and it’s super tasty. Love that sauce! I also love the Zax sauce. Seriously, can’t get enough. Every time I’ve been here, my chicken tenders and fries are fried to perfection. And everything tastes great!
I’ve tried the fried pickles as well, and they’re really tasty with ranch. I’ve also tried the fried cheddar bites, but I didn’t really like them. Zaxby’s ice is my favorite! I also always request all flats for my wings and have never had a problem with that special request.
The dining area has plenty of booths for guest. It’s a super casual vibe and the restaurant and restrooms are clean.
Like I said, I will definitely be returning to this location when I’m in need of a quick meal and craving for some yummy chicken. I recommend coming here!

While at this location, I spilled my drink all over the floor and myself and then received the wrong order not once but twice. While that is all unfortunate, one of the workers, TJ, was absolutely fantastic at helping with the mess and making sure my order was right. They are a fantastic team member and very attentive.

I went to Zaxby’s for the first time. I got the chicken finger plate. The service was fast. The place was clean. The food looked good. The coleslaw was dry, the fries were very salty I couldn’t eat them. Next time I will ask for no salt. The Chicken fingers were good and hot. I will try it one more time.

Been a longtime fan of Zaxby’s, but portions are shrinking and price getting beyond reasonable. Wings n things is our go to. Miss the celery sticks no longer offered, chicken tenders were small. $30 for 2 orders. Looking elsewhere going forward.
