service was courteous as always usually this location always serves quick and usually the food is of good quality however today I am severely disappointed I don’t even know what you would call this it’s a joke of a portion I’m going to go ahead and say that if this is normal for tacos bells across the board then I’m done because a pic says1000 words lol

Waited 30 mins never got my food. When we first walked in we were told to order you have to use kiosk, so I put my order in and asked what do I do if I need to pay in cash and they said you have to wait until someone is available to do it. But nobody was running register. There were 3 or 4 employees just sitting at the tables eating and talking. So if you go to this taco bell, there most likely won’t be anyone to take your order. Do better children!

We were waiting on our confetti cookie freezes for 30 minutes and when we went up there there was two African Americans in the back playing music and dancing not making our freezes until we mentioned it. I don’t recommend this place and the awful tasting confetti cookie freezes at all.

We have been to this Taco Bell multiple times. Every single time, our order is wrong. By myself with a screaming toddler in the car so I couldn’t just check the bag. I just hoped everything was right.

Good service. The food is usually good. I believe the portions could be measured better. Sometimes the exact same order will look way smaller. Never to crowded, place is pretty clean. I will come back for sure.

I am Road tripping NC and Stopped on the way. Crew was not paying total attention to my order they made me wait for long and didn’t even thanked me for waiting Patiently. I felt staff is little arrogant. Anyway the soft Tacos are good I like them with or without Hot sauce.

Trash! I got a steak quesadilla and it literally had 6 bite size pieces of steak and unmelted cheese. I know the bar is low for taco bell but some decent food I don’t think is too much to ask! Won’t go there again.

Got a chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito and the only thing they put was a ton of sauce on it when I called the manager I told him it was all sauce barley anything on it and they forgot my fiesta strips he said he watched them put the strips on there but where are they and then tried to argue saying it’s a $2 burrito that’s why it’s not that good but when I go to hickory Taco Bell they make it really good obviously I wouldn’t order if it wasn’t that good and all I got was a sorry not no we can remake it or I can give you a refund at this point just close this place down every time I come to this one they always do a terrible job and the workers don’t even care either
