I’ve come a few times and the morning shift seems pretty decent. The food was correct and the staff were always nice during the morning/day! This week we came and my boyfriend ordered a Big Mac which had no top patty, and our 3 mcchickens had no lettuce on them even though we didn’t ask for no lettuce. The first window had a girl on her phone ignoring us when we were waiting to pay for a couple of minutes too. Last thing is we have been there twice at night and tried to go in the lobby to order (times were 9:45 pm and 10 pm) and it was closed with a worker sitting in the lobby on his phone. The lobby isn’t supposed to close until 11 pm. I don’t usually complain, I’ve worked food jobs and I’m very understanding, but this many times to have been annoyed at the service at this restaurant is crazy.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve visited! Kept saying thank you and please and kept getting blank stares like I’m such an imposition. Packaging of the food very sloppy why even throw in the hash brown sleeve at this point.

Dining area needs some good mopping and wiping of tables. No handsoap in the bathroom/sanitizer machines are ALL empty. Makes me wonder if the workers are washing their hands after using the bathroom? When walking in to order you’ll notice their main focus is the drive thru orders/door dash/Uber eats. You’ll have to place your order on the kiosk vs ordering from a worker. Food wait is awhile for dine in. But it is fresh.

I went thru the drive thru and a guy pulled up behind me but I heard them take his order before they took mine. After I paid, I noticed that I ordered a chicken biscuit and they charged me for a chicken mcgriddle. The attendant looked at my receipt and kept it but gave me the correct items – but didn’t give me my change. I tried to tell them but they were too busy. When I sat down to eat I had none of the toppings my oatmeal should come with and no utensils! I am very disappointed in this place. I was literally shortchanged!

Food cooked and served hot right off the grill. Ordered breakfast combo while waiting inside. Floors were very slick and slippery, from entrance, throughout the restrooms. Be cautious of falling. I wear shoes with extra grip underneath and the floor was still slippery. I had to tip toe. Nonetheless, good food and quick service.

I was in the drive thru and i over hear a BIG white man antagonizing/ trying to argue with a teenage girl. I even tried to ask why was he talking to her like that. Doesn’t seem like a safe work environment with workers like that. Shameful

Used the app this morning and my service was great. The people were very friendly and I got my food quickly.
3 stars on the “food” category. The food was tasty, hot, and arrived quickly, but there is something off with their Coke Zero and this was not an isolated experience. I’m not sure if it’s the McDonald’s mix or something about this location. I went to a vending machine at work and confirmed that taste was considerably different between what I got and the bottle from the machine.

Usually I don’t even eat McDonald’s but for some reason I wanted a big Mac and this is what I got. This is terrible all the sauce is on the side and the bun was upside down and I requested for extra sauce. One more thing there is barely any lettuce on it. So I’ll just keep cooking at home

More like SLOW FOOD. Ive never ever gotten out of the drive thru or going inside in under 10 minutes. Average wait time is about 15 minutes and IM THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN LINE!
