Waitress was non-existent. Never got the white rice nor any refills. Hostess ended up helping with all the tables that our waitress was ignoring. Management seemed to just ignore how the waitress was doing things. 5 stars to the hostess though, she was great. Probably won’t be going to this location ever again.

Great place to take your family to. You create your own stir fry then take it to the grill and you can watch them cook your food. The waitress we had was great, she explained everything to us so well especially with the sauces and oils. The food was actually very good. Fun experience and will definitely go back!

Why have a peanut free option when you’re just going to treat it like all of the other food on the grill. Normally I don’t care and just wont order food at a possibly dangerous restaurant, but having an option like that just to actively put touch my food with the same spatula that’s been touching peanuts is laughable bad. Lunch at this location is, odd to say the least. Not the same as the other location as the service was severely lacking. There were two waitresses. One was busy talking with tables and at the bar. Our waitress was sitting in a booth talking to her friend, sometimes forgetting to help her tables. People had to grab their own napkins from the wait stand. The speakers were blown and had a terrible sound. No one was attending to the food and re stocking/cleaning up, so it was a mess even though there were only a few occupied tables. Floor was dirty and covered with food. We had rice with our meal and were given the smallest serving for two people.

Never in my life of coming to my favorite restaurant have I felt so safe to eat here. The management and staff created a method using the bowl colors to make it allergy friendly when cooking the food, this lets grill master know that there is an allergy and they took every necessary precaution. Believe me when I tell you that I am so beyond thankful for this staff and the way they truly care about their customers. I also greatly appreciated the attention to detail I observed throughout the restaurant. Thank you for your service!

Very timely delivery and still hot. Good selection of ingredients too. I got the Chinese noodles, pork, chicken and beef. Also tomatoes and potatoes with sweet and sour sauce with garlic oil.

The food is always great. This is a go-to place when we visit Lincoln. The Downside is the last time we went. The speakers were blown, so the music they were playing was a bit painful to hear.

I personally liked this place, everything was clean, fresh, and well organized. Mongolian BBQ cooked right in front of you. You self service the meat, noodles, vegetables, souces and any additional toppings. Make it as delicious as you choose it.

I like HuHot because I can build a low carb, or no carb meal with meat and veggies. My wife and kids love this place, the kids think it’s cool to watch their food being cooked. Good job HuHot, we’ll definitely be back soon…
