Excellent Customer Service. I just got off of a 12 hour shift at the hospital and was hungry and wanted to have a good meal before resting, and the first place that came to mind was Mcdonald’s. Let me tell you this, they did not fail to fix my fatigue and fill my stomach, Thank You So Much Also Employee Shoutout, the young lady with straight long hair that was working the register, Thank you So Much for the warm welcome and having patience with me and my indecisive self , literally made my day and sorry for taking up so much of your time, May God Bless You Abundantly Young Lady I was well fed and left with a smile on my face, Thank You Mcdonald’s in Mnt View.

There is no reason why there should be a 25+ minute wait time during 10p-3a. I’ve ordered here multiple times around this time, with poor quality food as the outcome every time. Yall need to start parking cars or something, or management needs to start scheduling employees better.

McDonald’s food get lower quality with hikes in price and the drive through is unreliable for collecting all of your order. Will leave only to discover they left items out of your order that you may or not of paid for meaning you ordered but didn’t get the item but was not charged or did get charged but not received item. Check your bag BEFORE you driv3 away.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s on the planet! 38 minutes in the Drive-Thru, 28 the night before, they don’t take credit cards after 10:00 p.m.!?! WHAT’S THAT ALL ABOUT? Their ice cream machine is always broken, and it’s located in the worst neighborhood in Anchorage. They NEVER pick up when you call them to complain. unbelievable!

came in for breakfast ordered and was rang up wrong told cashier instead of making it right she tried to charge me more when i was already charged too much . when i tried to explain i wasn’t the right order at the right amount she refunded my order and with a smile she kept telling me to have a nice day to piss me off i kept telling her i wanted the food at the right price and what i ordered all she could say was have a nice day instead of fixing the order she already had made i will never come back she was very rude to me i don’t need to start my day like that

Every time I come here they always get our orders wrong! My husband ordered McDoubles with Mac sauce, no Mac sauce on the burgers and twice this has happened. I ordered fish filet with no American cheese, I get my sandwich with cheese on it Smfh like I don’t know if they even care about customers orders being done correctly and every time I try to call the location no one answers the phone. Does corporate even look at customer reviews? Horrible!!!

I thought I would give this place another chance…I was WRONG! Again another issue with the App. You make an order and go to pick it up and they can’t find your order. What is the purpose for using the App?! That’s not the end of it….they then say the Shake machine is down . They asked if it was stated on the App cause it should have. So for the price I paid online for a meal order with a Shake can’t be fixed. So they give me a Medium Soda. Wow!!! This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with them. What is up with the service????
