I went on a Thursday afternoon and had a grilled chicken panini sandwich with arugula and honey mustard & comes with house salad. The food was really good!
I gave 4 stars bc I felt the service could’ve been better. Other than that I would come back.

A few weeks ago, someone recommended this restaurant to me. I went there in person to make a reservation because it was a special occasion, and I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. I wanted to see the place before making any decisions. I went in, and when I arrived, a couple of employees looked me up and down. I think they thought I was poorly dressed and assumed I was a delivery driver or didn’t need special attention. However, I decided to proceed, and I noticed someone watching me who then left the counter. Another person attended to me and took my information. I left my details and went on my way. When the time of my reservation arrived, I entered the restaurant and told a waiter that I had a table reserved. He was about to attend to me very kindly, but suddenly someone without a uniform stepped between the waiter and me, blocking my view of him. I don’t know who he was or what his position was, but what I do remember very clearly was that it was the same person who had only looked at me before and hadn’t wanted to serve me. The service was mediocre; the table service was somewhat distant, neither pleasant nor friendly. This person only focused on the basics, fulfilling their task, but I must say that we didn’t feel comfortable with their service. They weren’t rude or disrespectful, but I think their treatment was somewhat dismissive towards us, perhaps because we weren’t white. They simply did the bare minimum, and perhaps that’s acceptable, but I was looking for a pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere to have a good time. I must say that the food was impeccable, and the timing between each course was perfect. The temperatures and portions were just right. The pizza deserves special mention because its flavor was amazing. The beef, however, was a bit small compared to the other dishes, but like the pizza, it had a great flavor and freshness. I’m writing this somewhat lengthy review because I think the place is highly recommended, but this employee should reconsider their approach when deciding who deserves good service, because at the end of the day, anyone can be a potential customer, regardless of how they’re dressed, how they speak, or where they come from, whether someone comes in for a glass of water or a dinner for six.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this restaurant completely disappointed my husband and I. We were there for Valentine’s Day and had a bad experience yet we decided to give it another shot tonight! We called prior to coming in to make a reservation as it is our anniversary. We specified we wanted to be seated upstairs because we wanted to have a little more privacy. When we got to the restaurant other people who got there after us but seemed to know the manager were sat instantly while we waited for about 15 minutes. When we finally got a table we were told we could not be accommodated upstairs because there was a “big party” going on. We were there for nearly two hours and no party ever arrived. Yet two couples came and were sat upstairs. We decided not to make a fuzz and sat wherever we were told. Our server took our order and never came back to check on us. We waited over 45 minutes for our main entree (lamb chops), another server was kind enough to apologize and take over the table for the rest of the time there. It is unfortunate that we had to go through this on our anniversary night!

A great place for a party. We had twenty people, we had a pre-fix family style—the food was flowing. The ingredients are fresh and the tomato sauce has no sugar in it (which is typical of low end Italian restaurants).

Be warned-this is a party warehouse environment…the Lee are rows of tables with large groups. This means very loud and we must have celebrated 20 happy birthday songs during our 4 hours there.

Not for a quiet and intimate meal.

Patrizia’s is a warm, popular, friendly Italian restaurant with amazingly good food and great service. The arancini were delightful and the linguine vongole had more than 50 baby clams. I was delighted! There were several delivery bike people who came and picked up food for delivery elsewhere (parking is limited). I would come here again.

Attended my grandsons 1st birthday. we sat upstairs. Food was served hot. Every dish that was bought out was tasty. Although their was several different parties sharing the space we were still separated enough to make us feel as though we were the only ones there. Great place and service. plan your next party with this place.I loved it.

I ordered delivery and the food was incredible! The tortellini en brodo is a favorite comfort meal I can only find in this part of the country. It was the best I’ve ever had. The eggplant parmesan was divine and perfectly prepared with a generous serving. I didn’t try the side of pasta that comes with the eggplant but I will have plenty of leftovers tomorrow. I did try a piece of the included bread and wow! The texture and flavor was fantastic. The dipping oil leaked but it is so so good. I can’t wait to have this meal again the next time I am in town for work.

Update: I decided to dine in person before I left town on this trip. Wonderful experience! Food, service, and ambiance all excellent. I had the artichoke oreganata and the Caesar salad. Ask for Javier for inviting service that isn’t rushed and makes you feel welcomed.

Another update: I ordered off the specials menu tonight. This was another wonderful experience–food and service! Thank you so much!

First time here and I must say the food was delish. I had the penne vodka with shrimp and it came with a side salad. The sauce was creamy which I loved. It came in large portions so that was a plus. The atmosphere was nice and the waiter was friendly. Would be back. And the tiramisu is a must try
