Food was fine. Staff seemed nice. I waited 2 hours in the drive through for my food. Lots of employees inside. 7:19 when i arrived in line to 9:15 when I got my order. I did get a singular “sorry About the wait” from the kid in the window.

I live up in Burlington and there’s no Taco Bell nearby. The closest is in St. Albans but that location is god awful. This restaurant is the only reason I come to Rut-vegas and that first bite after not having Taco Bell in months is the best feeling. The staff are nice and the place is clean and the food actually looks good for a Taco Bell!

This location stopped doing breakfast quite a while ago… Supposedly due to short staff.. Well, they’ve had a decent amount of staff for a good solid few months now. So, where’s the breakfast menu?? They still open at the same time.. Also, food could be a bit more fresh. Just tossing that in there. Definitely not impressed with this location at all anymore.
But my top point was, there’s honestly, absolutely no reason, that they cannot serve breakfast again. At this point, I’m taking it as a “We simply don’t want to.” Which is wrong when every other Taco Bell still serves it.

The level of accuracy in the fast food industry has gone way down. Level of service has gone way down. Can’t even get menu back items with no substitutions made correctly! Can’t even go to taco bell anymore without having some sort of issue. Furthermore when the ticket says crunchy taco why did we get soft. Grill steak CHEESE burrito was lacking the cheese.

The food quality here is okay but today at 3:00 p.m. not noon but 3:00 p.m. there are about six cars in the Drive-Thru. I got in line but then backed out and decided to go inside and low and behold the doors are locked. What type of restaurant is this fast what? Unfortunately my employer doesn’t give me unlimited time for lunch. Do better guys.

If you like waiting hours for your food. This is the bell for you!! Takes hours to get it if your lucky. Long drive thru waits and a hardly open lobby. Staff will get your food eventually. Nightly occurrence

The place was so out of control. People were returning food from drive thru purchases. Drive thru orders were taking over 30 minutes. I went inside to order take out.. The staff was having a dance party ( not kidding) I waited 33 minutes for two soft tacos. The cashier was rude to several guests. Skip this place. This visit took place on 9/8/2025 @ 2.30pm. I wouldn’t think it would be a busy time of day.
Update…I was contacted by the company and they apologized and made things right. I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4 because of the customer service

Went to go today with my fiance was in the mood for a bit of mexican food. when we got to the store there was a sign on the door saying to please use other door so we did there was another group of people inside as well. Not more than a few seconds after entering the building a lady came up to the counter from out back barking at us that they were close and it was drive through only. Last time i checked if you have to close the inside of a buisness you usually have the signage state so and lock the doors. This experience has ruined my fiances day and we left. apparently this buisness wants to be rude and unappealing to their customers. We will gladly take our money elsewhere.
