I love eating panda express from all locations and this location is one of my main locations I always go to and I love to come to this location because it normally has good food but today I got chicken teriyaki with rice. The rice was kinda hard and the chicken is burnt and I don’t even look like teriyaki chicken. It looks like chicken meat I don’t even know if it’s chicken all I’m saying is please do better next time because I hate leaving bad reviews. Also the lady at the window was really rude. She basically just put the bag in our faces so never coming back this to this one again but please do better with y’all’s workers and y’all food.

I barely got any chicken in my food and the guy at the window was insanely rude when asking about specialty drinks. Don’t recommend going here at night, most of the staff is rude. It’s better during the day or at a different location.

At the drive thru, I was privy to a two minute disagreement between the window clerk and another staff member about a big order. The drive thru clerk did not remember my order, I had to repeat it at the window. Then I was told my side dish would be ready in “two minutes, please pull forward.” After a six minute wait, I went inside and a line clerk told me everything was ready. Now, it’s my fault for not checking before leaving, but I didn’t get either of my sides and did not get the requested sauces. I was late getting back to work as well. But the entree was pretty good. C’mon, Panda. Do better.

Staff was nice at first but then one of the employees was very dry, she had a mad face while I was ordering my food plate. I went with my mom aunt and uncle and it was a good price and food was very good, it’s just the one lady that took care of us. My mom wanted a cup of water and we got told the fountain had water and we were going to share but then she noticed there wasn’t any. I had to go buy a water bottle. Also I wanted sauce and when I asked for sauce the lady maybe didn’t hear me or chose to ignore ? Again loved the food but not positive about that one employee, she looked mad, and seemed like she was tired of being there…

Normally I don’t bother with reviews because they’re mostly just rude for no reason to food service workers, but I had to leave one in this case because this is the worst Panda Express I’ve ever had. Legitimately. Nothing tastes like anything. My orange chicken and honey sesame chicken have no flavor. They also feel like they’ve been reheated in an oven like Walmart chicken nuggets instead of cooked on the wok. I’m probably about to just throw the rest of what I haven’t eaten away because it feels like I’m forcing myself just to get my money’s worth.

Never going here for takeout again. No diss to the staff or anything I’m sure it’s unrelated but I’m not spending like $11 for a mid plate in the future. For what it’s worth the service was very quick and they checked to make sure I was the right person picking up my meal, which was cool.

I have been a loyal customer for many years and I’ve officially placed my last order. I normally order the family meal which is almost $60 and it has gotten absolutely ridiculous how they pack the order with vegetables and no meat. The chicken and mushroom was 80% mushroom and no zucchini which it had always come with until this order. The beef and broccoli was 80% broccoli. I expect the order to be 50% meat 50% veg. This is a complete rip off and if this is the guidance of the brand, you should be ashamed. If it’s a rogue manager choosing to do this to boost your profit, let’s see how that works out for your when people stop buying from your at all which would be my recommendation. Don’t buy from this establishment ever!!!!

The serving sizes didn’t make much sense to me. I ordered two big plates, a plate, and a bowl. The big plates and the regular plate had the same amount and they didn’t give us the third entree on the big plates. So next time I’ll just order the plate instead of being charged extra for nothing more. The food was good and my kids enjoyed it so we will be going back again.

I work down the street and picked up lunch before my shift and my order was wrong. I called and talked to management and she said to bring my receipt when I was able and they would give me another meal. I went back in and AGAIN my order was wrong!

Went here on Wednesday ordered the family meal pack we all ate at home well yesterday on thrusday went to pick up our daughter at school she wasn’t feeling good she was sick all day all night and my husband and I woke up sick also so went to the urgent care today and couldn’t believe they told we got food poisoning from teriyaki chicken we all ate from this place panda express now we’re all here resting taking medicine to get better and over this so be careful people qhen you order food from here cause we got sick and the manager didn’t show no type of concern for us for what happen but thought I would let you all know don’t want any one else to get sick with food poisoning from this place have a blessed day
