We were greatest with cordialality and the special order was prepared with the greatest care. My mother’s emotional support dog, Peanut was allowed in the store and the staff was delighted to interact with her. The order was placed and received within in a reasonable time…about 5mins.

Honestly, I don’t care too much to do a review on a fast food restaurant because it’s just that but I have to. This lady is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered and she works the drive thru. This is the 3rd time since December she’s had an attitude over simple requests. She rolls her eyes at you, she talks about you to her coworkers right in front of you. Like why does she still have a job here? Please let her go asap because she will drive repeat customer away.

If i could negative star this wendys I would they got the entire order wrong all the food was cold. Lady in the drive thru couldnt take our order correctly whatsoever, got 2 biggie bags only got 1 chicken nugget and 3 orders or fries, my double stack only had one patty.

I’ve never once made a negative review in my life, but I had to for this one, DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered online and had to wait just over an hour for my order. This was not a large order, it was $22 worth of food. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and once I came to the first window they they told me they did not have the frosty I ordered or any lemonade whatsoever. they then told me to pull over and wait for my order. I waited for 30 minutes and they never came out to give me order. Had to go inside and ask for it, tried calling the store and no one picked up and they had a full mailbox. After I went in, I had to wait for another 10 minutes where me and the other 5 customers were ignored. It was evident by their interactions with the customers before me they were not keeping track of anyone’s order. After I got talked to them they took another couple of minutes to locate my order, come to find out they already had my food ready sitting there cold for god knows how long and only bagged up the food after I asked for it. My order included a large fry and they gave the smallest portion of fries I’ve ever seen. Everyone else in the restaurant was equally as frustrated with the poor service. The staff didn’t know anyone’s order and we all had to list off our orders. And there was not a single apology or anything said to me or anyone else. Worst place ever, with staff who clearly did not care.
The guy who was at the drive through window was friendly enough but that’s really it for positives.

I asked for a burger with no cheese because I am highly allergic to milk protein. They removed the cheese. There was still cheese on the burger and now I’m throwing up. Fries were also recooked.
I will be up vomiting all night. Hopefully I won’t have to go to the hospital. They refused to remake my meal or give me my money back. I will be finding the owner tomorrow.

Terrible place of service. I waited in line for over 15 minutes just for to tell me they needed to drop more potatoes and pulled me foward. After waiting for another seven minutes while on my lunch break, I decided to go inside to see what was going on. Inside of the establishment was horrible with flies everywhere, and employees who clearly didn’t want to be there. I told the cashier I had a mobile order and repeated my order back to her. She said “We don’t even have potatoes so I don’t know how that’s going to work.” I requested a refund and mentioned that i was late back to work. She said she wasn’t sure if I could receive a refund since I ordered on the mobile app (which is false because the website clearly states that I can receive a refund). She then disappeared to back to talk to the manager. She came back some time later and told me her manager said that I could only get a refund if the GM approved of it. I asked her how that would work, she said “I don’t know, my manager won’t come up here and talk to you.” I left the establishment empty handed and without a refund after waiting more than 40 minutes overall.

Britney at this location ( 5540 north keystone, Indianapolis) was very helpful and total customer service minded. I am giving five star to her. Keeping employees like her is a main reason for Wendy’s success.
