I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic today. I pulled up to the drive-through, but none of the kiosks were working, so there was no option for ordering except through the drive-through lane. I ended up sitting there for more than 30 minutes, and no one ever took my order. During that time, I saw three employees sitting outside smoking. They were out there the entire time I was waiting, and more kept leaving out the restaurant to join and it was clear no one was serving customers. For a location that was drive-through only at the time, they weren’t even serving the drive-through

As I’m reading the other reviews, it turns out this kind of service is regular here. That makes the experience even worse because it seems like the management is aware and does nothing to fix it. It was unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time. I will not be coming back.

I wish i would have taken better pictures of this bs ‍♀️

My hot dog, which took over 20 minutes to arrive, was practically cold. The small onion rings were barely warm. I initially thought my order was delayed due to the onion rings, but I was mistaken. The workers were preoccupied with entertaining a woman who kept opening the door, which was a non-employee. My experience here was the absolute worst. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this establishment.

DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE! Placed an order for two soft drinks in the app and waiting for 15 minutes when its not even busy is ridiculous. Pressed the button took 5 minutes for someone to respond. Said drinks would be out in a moment. 10 minutes later still waiting. We drove off because we had to go back to work. Also while waiting an employee went for a smoke break with his food gloves on and came back in with the gloves.

I ordered my food online hoping to have it ready when I arrive at the restaurant. To my disappointment, it came out 30 mins late. The staff was shorthanded, the orders were mixed up, and my order was prepared incorrectly. Although the food was still decent, and the lady that was working did the best she could, there was no excuse why 3 other employees were not helping at all. It’ll be a while before I decide to visit this location again.

This Sonic is the WORST! I ordered what should have been a quick snack to be picked up ASAP. When I got there, the first two stalls I pulled in were out of order. The third stall I pulled into had graffiti sprayed all over the menu board. I checked in right away, but waited and waited for my order to come out. It didn’t.

I waited a little over 5 minutes after my order was suppose to be out to see what the hold up was before I pushed the call button. I couldn’t even get a word in, when someone rudely shouted into the speaker that they were busy and they would be out when they could.

Another 10-12 minutes go by, when someone finally came out with my order. It was a simple order…. pickle fries w/ranch sauce, a Frito pie and a Route 44 Diet Coke. I was handed my order without the ranch that is supposed to come with it. I asked if it was in the bag, when he said, “oh” and he went back in to get me one.

Once home, I opended up the bag to find that the large order of pickle fries were only a quarter full. Most of the cup was empty. What sat at the bottom was a small pile of compacted mush. It was absolutely disgusting. It was wet and none of the batter was even on the pickles.

The Frito Pie only filled half of the tray that they put it in. There was barely any chili, which was smeared on, and what little cheese that was on it, was a glop of gooky hardened cheese sauce.

The Diet Coke in which I ordered turned out to be Dr. Pepper and the food was gross and inedible.

I added in a “keep the change” tip, rounding it off to the nearest dollar, (as I was planning on giving a cash tip in addition to the amount that I had rounded off to).
I’m glad I didn’t put the full tip on my credit card, as the service and food was AWFUL!

I was treated very rudely in addition to that. It took me 20 minutes to get my order that wasn’t fit to consume.

The place was dirty, there were stalls that were out of order, graffiti on the menu boards, and the line for the drive-thru was so backed up, that the people who were parked in the stalls couldn’t even back up to leave.

This Sonic is unfit to be in business and should be thoroughly investigated.

Every time we decide to go to this particular Sonic location, we have nothing but issues. WE WON’T BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

So I just ordered from there I ordered my milkshake banana large and my triple Sonic smashburger they come out and say I have to have exact change or pay with card he says none of them have change in there. So I had to end up coughing up $6 extra dollars basically. I feel like I just got scammed

I did my own pickup order on Doordash. They gave me the wrong drink and I didnt realize until I got home. I called to let them know and they hung up on me and did not answer when I called back. Extremely rude and I will not be giving my money to this place again

If you go after 8 pay with a card supposedly the car hops cant make change… bill total was 16.55. Should have been 3.45 no Penny’s involved.. however left as a tip.. food is typical for a sonic prices is meh.. but I blame the economy on that…also they didnt give a receipt.

Been sitting here for 10 minutes waiting to pick up an order I already paid for. This is absolutely ridiculous especially when it took me 10 minutes even get here. Then when I pull up to the kiosk nobody answers so I go to the drive thru. After sitting there for 3 minutes unanswered I say hello and finally someone asked me what I needed. And I still had to wait another 5 minutes to receive my food

Had an online order missing my childs 3 piece tenders and was given the option to drive 6.2 mi back you get them or leave my name and get them at my earliest convenience that doesn’t sound like good customer service if you place an order online quality assurance is checking the bags before you bring them to the customer to make sure that everything is accounted for either way I would have had to drive 12.4 mi for three chicken tenders
