The burgers I enjoyed were the Cheeseburger, Mushroom Swiss, and the Diablo Burger, which I made a single instead of a double. Both were flavorful, and the Diablo burger has a nice spicy kick. They recently added Lifestyle burgers to cater to those looking for a healthier option, such as Keto, Vegetarian, and Paleo burgers, among others.
The kids’ menu, designed for children 10 and under, offers a variety of options for the little ones, including a little burger, hot dog, chicken tenders, and grilled cheese.
The staff is friendly, and the orders were promptly made. The parking can be a challenge, especially during peak dining hours (lunch and dinner). There’s indoor and outdoor dining, as well as take-out. I’m looking forward to trying another burger here.
The promo code for a free shake the app gave me for signing up did not work. No place to scan my app QR code. Employee told me to scan the code on the receipt. No code on my receipt to scan later.
The burger itself is as small as a McDonald’s double cheeseburger, just with a very big bun and smashed patties to try and make it look bigger. Just as much meat but at a premium price. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger ($11) and a friend and I split a shareable fries ($6). Burgers range from $9 to $15, then add $6 to make it a combo including fries and a drink.
The burger came with a small — you can’t even call it a strip — of bacon. Overdone too. (see picture) The fries are styled like a Steak and Shake or Islands. Nothing was seasoned.
You can’t even claim it was too busy for quality control. The line was one person long. Both my friend and I were still hungry after leaving.
I feel ripped off and insulted. Save your money and go elsewhere like In n Out. Even McDonald’s is better, never mind quality or price. Supposed meat quality means nothing when everything is overdone nor seasoned and there’s very little of it.
Spent over $100 on 4 combos, 3 of the combos were bacon burgers and NONE of them had bacon on them. Attached is a photo of their ‘The”Best” QUESONARIO’. Hardly “Best”… The most interesting part is, no other customers were there when we picked up or during the time we waited for the fries to get done…How did the bacon get missed on 3 burgers???
The 2 positives were the shakes and fries were good. The burgers are nothing special and bland. In-N-Out is probably a better burger, especially for the price.
