I have been to quite a few Chick-fil-A restaurants and this one is on par. Historically their food was great, good service, and good prices. My first COMPLAINT is that their quality of chicken has changed – for the worse. They used to have reasonably sized chicken straps, that would almost melt in your mouth. But, now they have shrunk the box, so it still looks full, shrunk the chicken strips to match the small box, and lowered the quality of the meat altogether. It just is NOT the same chicken that earned Chick-fil-A the #1 spot in my book. NOW the chicken usually is small and has “tough stuff” in the strips most often. My second complaint is that the price did not shrink in proportion to the serving size, on the contrary, the price increased around 50% in the last few years for a smaller portion. I doubt my post will change anything but I think Chick-fil-A should know their customers do and did notice.

The food was good — I mean… it’s a chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A. How is it ever not good? Classic. Reliable. Hits every time.
The drive-thru was PACKED (per usual at noon), but I’ll give them this — they keep it moving. The line looked intimidating, but it flowed fast, which I always appreciate.
Only downside was the window interaction. She started off super sweet — “Hey! How are you? Order for so-and-so?” — totally normal, friendly vibes. But the second I handed over my free sandwich card… it was like the energy left the building. Radio silence. I think I got maybe one more word after that and it just felt… awkward.
I still said thank you (because manners), and got a very quiet “no problem” in return.
So overall: good food, efficient drive-thru, slightly weird moment at the window. Would I go back? Obviously. It’s Chick-fil-A. ✨

Not my favorite. As busy as this place is the waffle fries are most often too cool and hardly ever crispy. The coke zero is always nice tho. Not my fave but I prefer these nuggets compared to the Mc place.

Let’s get right into it. The staff here I have to say are the best. I haven’t had this deliciousness in a couple years. Tried there Deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese and sauce on the side. Had to pair it with there fries and a nice milkshake. This was there peppermint version and did it hit the spot perfectly. This sandwich had a hefty portion of chicken cooked well and the sauce is what does it for me. Now it’s time for the rating yes I gave it 5 stars but my personal rating. For the review I would give it a 4.5 out of 10. To me the sauce it was gives it that delicious aspect. The sandwich alone isn’t that fried to perfection I was looking for. Came for spirit night with family to support the school. Very busy of course grabbed a table ate and visited well. Tried the new pretzel bun sandwich it was really good.

I’ve been working in. ENID for the last few weeks. I typically have chicken fil a once a week. Love the food ,people friendly, very clean. But this is the only restaurant that I been to in any state that has gotten my order wrong every time that I have been there. My order was taken down correctly every time according to my receipt. 1 time I missed a complete sandwich, 1 time I got spicy instead of the original sandwich. 1 time 1 sandwich was correct but other one wrong. Today I ordered 2 sandwiches with no pickles. Neither had pickles but both had the pickles taken off, so the bun pickle juice. Sounds like an easy fix right. Problem I’m allergic to dill. One bite and I’ve been sick all afternoon. They corrected the mistake. They were very sorry that it happened. On top of that I ordered a large coke and I received a medium tea. Please slow down just a bit. I’ll be back next week.

Good food, nice people, but if you eat after 8pm, be prepared to be corralled like cattle while they line up chairs around your eating area while they clean up for closing early. The food tastes less amazing with the smell of pinesol.
