Dale, Lacy and the entire staff were great. They were professional and kind. I’ve been to many Big Boy chains and last nights experience was one of the best. The food was great and we very pleased. We came in late before closing and we just wanted to thank them for everything. We will definitely be back.

What a Nostalgic Treasure! Not many Big Boys left. At West Branch, eating in the Atrium was very pleasant experience with all the plants hanging overhead!

My husband and I went to this restaurant twice while we were in Michigan. The big boy burger classic was just that a big boy classic burger was delicious. I had the slim Jim. It tastes just like it tastes 40 years ago made the same way. The tea was good. The coffee was good. The service was good. It was what I expected growing up with big boy restaurants and I wasn’t disappointed. I would recommend this big boy.

Each big boys is a franchise and owned individually by an independent owner. Now the one in West Branch Michigan is well maintained well care for and delivers on great meals. My friend had a slim Jim there and she said it was delicious. I think this is a restaurant worth stopping in and enjoying the atmosphere and a good meal. And this is not an overpriced restaurant like some of them, they serve good food for a decent price.

Located right off of exit 212 in West Branch. Staying at the Quality Inn across the street, my wife & I went here for breakfast. I had the Southern Omelet with hash browns & pancakes. She had the Country Fried Steak & Eggs with hash browns & pancakes. The food was pretty good, could’ve used more gravy on both, but tasted good. The prices were good, & the staff was very nice, friendly, & polite. We would eat here again.

This was my first time at a Big Boy! I didn’t really like the Big Boy burger too much, it didn’t have a lot to it just 4 buns (a little burnt?) with 2 Pattie’s and the sauce, and the fries were stiff and crunchy. But the waitstaff were super nice and it was packed so clearly a locals choice!

Friendly servers, extremely attentive. Food was everything I expected, and precisely to my annoyingly specific order. Iris was my server and she took care of everything! My only complaint was that the booths are a little rickety, but this restaurant is older than I am, so I’m not hugely bothered by that. This felt like a trip into my childhood, and I needed that tonight.
