I’m always genuinely impressed by the quality of the meal here; it really stands head and shoulders above what you typically expect from a fast-food joint. The balance between the price and the actual caliber of the food is spot on, making it one of the better values in town. Every time I drop in, there is a steady flow of customers, which speaks volumes. Honestly, seeing how well this Jackson location performs, it’s baffling to think that the parent corporation is navigating bankruptcy.

We recently returned to dining in at Fazoli’s. Both visits have been wonderful! Tasty, hot food. Bread and soda refills. Friendly staff. Clean. I highly recommend coming back if you haven’t visited in awhile. Actual plates and silverware, too!

Tresa the manager was unbelievable. I called ahead because we had a men’s soccer team of over 30 people, and I asked her if we could have individual meals premade and ready to go when we arrived.
She was more than accommodating and even called me up once I emailed her the list of food because we had a meal missing and she wanted to make sure we We’re fully taken care of.
She took care of my team, she took care of our staff, and she took care of our bus driver.
She even contacted and asked us if we wanted the food to go in travel containers, which my players really enjoyed that idea because they could take the food with them on our bus.
Once we got there her and her staff were unbelievable, and the food was already ready to go. She had numbered and named every single item, so there was no confusion and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of and it was an easy process. She even took care of our gluten-free player that needed a special order.
Fazolis have always treated as well, but we’ve never had a manager go above and beyond like that before. I’ve been a head coach for 22 years . She was unbelievable and so was her staff. She deserves a raise. You need to keep her around.

Samuele and Theresa (Manager) were awesome! Their customer service skills were definitely above and beyond!! They were both very polite and professional throughout our visit at the restaurant; we really appreciated their gracious hospitality! Thank you very much!!

When we first got there , construction was going on and it was kinda hard to tell if the place was open but we eventually saw where someone was entering and went in but once inside the service was great and it was the best food I had while in Jackson but I’m a pasta girl! Large portions of food , couldn’t eat it all at one time ! We were not disappointed

The food was okay. Some of it was cold, and the sauce was a bit bland, but we still enjoyed it. The prices are a bit high for what is basically a fast food restaurant. Also, we dined in and were told we’d get unlimited breadsticks. Yeah… that didn’t happen. We got one plate of breadsticks which were delicious and soft and waited for an hour and they didn’t even look at us. They got our money already so we were chopped liver. Whatever, not coming back.

Today I came in to catch up on some school work and have been ultimately craving pasta. I’m super glad I stopped in. The lady at the front was wonderful and she even came around and made sure everyone was pleased with there meals. Music wasn’t too loud and was appropriate. Thanks to your team you guys did great!

Yes, it’s fast food. But it’s not burgers, fries, nuggets. It’s Italian and yummy! Love the baked spaghetti, the bread sticks are great, and now they have mozzarella bites with marinara sauce. Accessible, with friendly helpful staff. Dealing with a new food allergy, and they checked their recipes to see if it was safe for me. Just a nice place.

Later night dinner. It was good for a quick bite. The staff was nice. It reminds me of like old Schwans frozen entrees as far as food. It’s a bit pricey. Service was good and I appreciate their equitable hiring policies.
