Would give 0 stars if I could. Employees don’t know how to read an order and actually make it correctly. They have no care if they mess up an order and act like it’s a hassle to fix something they messed up. Complete waste of time and money at this location.

Do not recommend! Charlie’s is ok but the thing that makes this place not good is the rude customer service and mix up of orders. People look like they don’t want to be there and have no courtesy for customers. When I got my order some of the food was cold and there were different meats in my sandwich than I ordered. This location is not good and shows that Charlie’s needs to step it up.

We’ve been military for 28 years, lived in a lot of bases with the Charlie’s and this is the worst one I’ve been to.
Paid all that money we did in line and wasn’t asked once what I wanted on my sub. It was just handed to me. I didn’t even know she was working on mine.
I was like I usually like mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and pickle and she’s like it’s already done and went onto the next customer.
