Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. It’s one thing to make an honest mistake, but to continue making mistakes even after being asked if “EVERYTHING IS CORRECT FOR THE ORDER?”Just wow! If an order has an ADDITIONAL ITEM (I.e. corn dog) added to an already added CORN DOG KIDS MEAL; why would you proceed to state the order is correct when it’s obviously NOT. That additional corn dog is still missing. Customer service and satisfaction has really gone downhill. This issue has persisted more than I’d like on several occasions. Taking the phone off the hook is prime example of why I’m leaving this very review. Please do better at this location.

FIRST my apologies to my hostess- she told me through the ordering station she could barely hear me and accidentally I addressed her in my NCO voice which projects for many yards. Ordered for the family from my “honey-do-list”; and after waiting all of three point five minutes our dinner was served with a smile. Getting home the food was hot, aromatic, and tasty. Great dining experience.

This was our 1st opportunity to go to this location. I hadn’t been to a SONIC in a minute… we had a taste for something SPECIFIC. We went specifically for the chili dog and fries. It was “piping hot” and fries were FRESH—KRISPY— and Plenty of them! I had a taste for the BLUE OCEAN WATER too and they did not disappoint!! I will say this location is CONSISTENT!! The way I remember it tasting over the years …it’s STILL GOOD! We’ll be back!

My brother and I stopped by, the manager. Robin came out and started talking to us and we ordered two drinks and smashburgers on the app, and then we had to go in and tell her we’re sorry, but My brother’s car wasn’t working and I didn’t have my wallet and she actually helped us out by giving us this meal.. she is the best… Being diabetic that really helped. And all she asked is that we come back and see her again which we are definitely going to. God bless, Robin.

Much of the difficulty we find is the app doesn’t work. The people at this location are absolutely amazing and wonderful and terrific, the food and the drinks are terrific. They’re just double or even triple charging you in some cases because the app doesn’t work but they sure do advertise the hell out of me.

We have been to this location multiple times, every time we come to this one there is a man inside vaping around the food, which is disgusting and probably very unsanitary. The order is never correct and almost everyone who works at this location is very unprofessional.

Pickle fries are back!! But, not available on the app until Oct 2nd. Easy to use the app.
Food was ready on time as ordered, even with the addition of the pickle fries, food came out fast and hot! My first time having their chili cheese tots. I’m not a big chili fan but it was good. I’d have preferred more cheese but I think it’s just my preference. I’d recommend them to anyone who likes chili.
My carhop, Roxy, was friendly and helpful when the order board locked up when I attempted to pay for the pickle fry addition.
Location is easy on and off the interstate.
