My husband and I have not eaten fast food in a while. This is our first time going to McDonald’s in a couple of months we got attended by this kind young lady of the name Kayla amazing service. Our food was hot. Our food was ready, and our food was delicious. I will be returning to this location.

​I don’t understand the shift toward taking things out of the customers’ hands. While I appreciate the kiosk system (my orders are usually more accurate because of it) the execution at this location was poor.

​After ordering, I asked for my cup, and the employee seemed completely overwhelmed by the request. Once I sat down, my food arrived in a bag despite selecting “dine-in.” ! Then the delivery was incomplete; I had to send the runner back three separate times for my McFlurry, then a spoon, then ketchup.

​To make matters worse, there were no napkins available, and the drink station was turned off, requiring me to flag someone down just for a refill. As a Green Belt in Operations, I understand the desire for efficiency, but this site is failing the end-user. Management might be hitting “order complete” metrics to look good on paper, but when a runner has to return to a table three times to actually finish the job, the data is skewed and the customer experience is compromised.

Food was good, had a server named Ian horribly rude and dismissive. Lied saying they had no sauce, then i was given sauce by a different employee, and wouldnt give me my drink after being told to do so by another employee who was busy. Inside was absolutely disgusting full of trash and sauce all over the tables, could not find one table to sit at. Asian boy at drive through working on friday at 7:05 pm was the nicest person ive met all day, deserves a raise. I know he wouldve given me my sauce and drink.

Only 1 snack wrap and chocolate milk. Thats just despicable service. I saw other people leave the line. Someone get out the car and request a refund. This is not exclusive tonight this happens way too often. No regard for customers. This has become a pattern. Its evident they clearly do not care at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager that works late nights is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Always has her face frowned up. I think she is very miserable. She has been working there forever with that same nasty attitude.

If she hates her job she should quit. This location is very slow late night.

Another thing why does she have the garbage sitting next to the drink and shake machine:

The day and afternoon crew handles business and they are courteous and professional. Late night manager needs to take notes. The line is always long whenever she is working, just horrible.

Burger had a piece of it bitten off. Manager said she would review tape without even asking for details. When she was asked how she would look at tapes and she did not know when it happened then she started talking it seriously. We asked her what guarantees we have that it will not happen to another customer again. She said she will replace the meal. She what a joke. I don’t want my kids getting sick from eating a burger someone else bit into. This is just nasty. I do not know if it is an employee or a return order. Claudia the General manager spoke some English, the other management staff does not speak English. when Claudia the General Manager is not there so an employee had to translate to who ever is in charge.

Just left the drive thru. Hispanic lady was horribly rude. Attitude was horrible. To make matters worse the lady didn’t even give us straws, napkins, or condiments.

Cashier in Drive thru is slow and needs more training . He keeps helping people from the same side and makes the other side wait. When you try to tell him he gets upset. Did the same thing two nights in a row. Multiple customers left the line and went elsewhere. You get better service at the Pines and 184th location.
