I wonder if the employees had to go find the chicken, kill it, skin and pluck the feathers, bread and cook the chicken because damn almost an hour since I placed my order I’ve NEVER had to wait almost 55 minutes and still counting to get food in my life!!!!!! Had I not just already overpaid for my food through DoorDash and wasted an hour I would have cancelled my order and went somewhere else but now pretty much every else is closed and you Burger King have the most worst service in the whole entire world and I don’t understand how it’s taken so long to get the food out the window to your paying customers. Having ppl waiting as long as they do I bet you guys are ALWAYS getting yelled at for being this damn slow!!! I get being short handed but it seems to me there’s a manager and those managers should do their jobs and pull it together!! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Offers a great opportunity to learn about multilinguals. The Burger King lounge~ still brandishes properly;- Its menu featuring symbols and yes or no do you prefer? This is an excellent introduction for children as well as ESL or no English speakers, as well as some disabled.
The individual is able to gesture towards each image of an item and the true/false Boolean adjacent. As they gesture, the teller is able to punch into the POS system exactly the order of a person’s preferred Way whilst being otherwise nearly incapable of communique.

Short version? Unknown young lady manager expresses significant patience with a hangry customer who missed his snickers::
Result:: heads up regional or district manager, one of your buddies who apparently has a toddler aged daughter gets very irritable during preparation times perhaps due to a glucose problem. Perhaps he should be more understanding of the difficulties in the industry if he is really your buddy. Though I’m sure he is more polite when setting an example for his daughter.

Staff;: more patient and bow and play (favorable) than a Bo Stave wiff an ever-loving very Bon Bene Fire apyre Shepherds’ hook… Food? Same ol’ BK lounge. Jalapeno Poppers: value / cost vs delish?: penies on the $$. Mozzy’s and Totts I didn’t have, though MAN that’d be a grand trifecta for low cost. Just don’t forget your milky white dipping to ease the burn after you eat too many too fast because they’re amazing with kick (amazing) and no burn till you’re guzzling too fast.

I stopped by the Burger King in Carson City for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of my meal. I ordered a Rodeo Cheeseburger, a small French fries, and a five-piece French toast at 10:35 AM. By 10:39 AM, my order was ready, hot, fresh, and delicious.
The Rodeo Cheeseburger (which is my favorite) was amazing.The fries were perfectly crispy, and the French toast sticks were warm, golden, and satisfying.
Overall, the service was fast, the food was hot and tasty, and the experience was exactly what you’d hope for from a quick stop at Burger King. I’d definitely return for another breakfast or lunch on the go.

We placed our order and paid for our food at 3:00am (and yes, they’re advertised as open 24/7). We arrived about 20 minutes later and were told they were on lunch and to come back at 4:00am. My friend ordered just minutes before this and got his food. I completely understand staff needing a lunch break, but having both employees on lunch at the same time during business hours makes no sense. I’ve worked in fast food, and it’s very uncommon for everyone to be on break at once so customers can still be served. The lady was very upset serving us our food after we waited almost a hour?!

Mozzarella fries were left in the fryer too long and blew out. Zero cheese left in them. Burger was great. And my GrubHub driver went above and beyond: she was even early!

Today is my husband’s birthday and he decided to treat himself to a simple snack of fries and a Dr. Pepper on his lunch. He was in the drive thru for 45mins (while we were on the phone the whole time) he drove back to his work 5mins away and opened the fries on the way and the first one he bit into was still half frozen. Went to take a drink of his soda and it was Coke, not the Dr. Pepper he ordered. When I called about it, the girl who answered said she didn’t think things happened that way but she’d let them know to replace it if he came in the same day and took his name, then hung up. The food was raw and wrong and the employees were rude, dismissive and condescending.

Gave my order they screwed it up twice while trying to order through the intercom system. Waited 30 minutes just to get to the window and have them take my order four times and still could repeat back to me correctly.They took my card twice and supposedly rang it up, but could not print out a receipt because they’re out of paper. I’m now on the fourth person I’ve talked to and they can’t give me any food without proof of payment and they already had my card and rang it up twice. There were only six people in front of me in line through the drive-through now I have to go home. See if they actually charged my card and then file a stop Payment. The lack of knowing how to do one’s job escapes this location. I left went to another burger place, in out, correct, and less than 6 min.

Super slow service. No one in line and then I just watched the lady handling my hash browns. Disgustingly touched the top of them with no gloves hover over all the food with no gloves. Pretty much handling the food with no gloves. Gross cross-contamination is a thing. People train your employees better will never be returning

Make sure you check your burgers before you leave. my crispy onion burgers had to be redone 3 times because every time something was missing. the second time when I was showing them what’s missing and trying to keep the burgers on the wrap paper they also placed the top bun of the burger next to the register on the counter and contaminated the food. quite pathetic for a simple task

Avoid this location. Waited 30 minutes for a whopper meal, two chicken sandwiches (plain with cheese) and chicken fries. They didnt even give us the fries with the meal. After two guests got their food before us, we asked for our money back and the manager refused and then finally gave us the meal…. well minus the fries. The drive thru was also closed (7:00pm).
