Got door dash. Usually the food is pretty good. I know its taco bell so can’t expect much, but when ordering a breakfast burrito that cost $26 for two, this is pretty sad. I will attach pictures for sure. I dont feel bad at all leaving his one. No potatoes, no steak or hardly any, only half the shell is filled.
We usually order 3-4 times a week but may have to go somewhere else.

Went through the drive through for breakfast at 6am 2/13/26. No one answered when I got to the screen, so I pulled up to the window and saw two people inside who walked back out of sight. I pulled around again to try and get someone to take the order. Someone then proceeded to turn the lights off. Never got to talk to anyone.

Placed an online in-store pickup order and they hadn’t started on it after 20 minutes (we placed it just before 9:50am to pickup on the way to work). Boyfriend went inside, was ignored, and when he could finally talk to someone they said they would “get started on it”. They hadn’t started it, knew it was there, but needed to be told to make it. 15 minutes later they placed the completed order behind the counter where he couldn’t grab it and said nothing to him. The lady looked my boyfriend in the eye, at the bag, him in the eye again, then walked away. He had to ask a cook to get it for him. We leave with the food and the fries are bare, no seasoning. My chicken taco was supposed to come with chipotle but, aside from there being basically no chicken, was slathered in spicy ranch. Everything that was supposed to have chipotle had spicy ranch, even the spicy potato taco (that, as a menu item, comes with chipotle) had that ranch instead. The shells were also dry and room temperature. I try to call to get a refund for the LONG wait time (we were ~10 mins late to work, by the way), rude staff, and every item being incorrect but they don’t answer. I don’t know what went wrong, but based on other reviews, don’t bother with this location. 15 minutes down the Lloyd is another one, just past Walmart. Or go to the McDonalds on Burckhardt instead. Anywhere but here.

Have messed up our food on multiple occasions. Got all the way home this time and they completely forgot to put my crunchwrap box in the bag. I should’ve checked but still on them. Food is always cold too. Will not be returning.

just came through the drive thru with an online and i didn’t get the burrito i paid for. not to mention they are always slow and always take forever taking orders. ive worked fast food before and i know your times are messed up. get a grip and train your employees to make sure food is in the bag. seriously it’s ridiculous

Food was as pretty terrible. The service was terrible and the manager yelling at the workers the entire time we ate was something special. She needs to be removed today. Evan my little kids were asking what’s her deal. 1 star

Went in ordered at the kiosk because employees were busy in the back which I had no problem with but then I waited 30-40 minutes to get my food I go up front the lady’s yelling from the back saying you got an order I said yes they couldn’t find my order so the manager comes up front and helps find the order and yes I showed the receipt that was sent to my phone so I had proof I did pay the man was nice and apologized he had his staff make my food then he had to do a interview for someone who was there I left when I got my food got to work and was missing some of my items this happens almost everytime I go there and unfortunately I couldn’t go back because I had to stay at work tried to call the store no answer the phone just rang

I come here multiple times a week since moving to the east side. Let me tell you. They NEVER EVER forget anything or get my order one. Compare that to the west side Lloyd where they always got everything wrong and had missing items. Not this place. Not so much as a sauce packet missing ever. My favorite Taco Bell
