Might be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I ordered the $7 lux box that includes a chicken chalupa, a taco, a burrito, and then they upcharge you a dollar for chips and cheese. Additionally, I had it the three cheese chicken flatbread on the side.
I was the only one in the drive-thru. Mind you this place is recently been closed for remodeling.
Now they charge you an extra dollar for chips and cheese. The chips were literally so salty, and you can tell they were fried in old oil. You couldn’t eat them. The nacho ceese was cold and half filled. Everything was cold. The chicken chalupa was cold, the taco was cold and tasted old, the flatbread was cold, and the pita was hard.
Outrageous… Up charge you, then they want to ask if you want to donate. I’ll just donate to the charity myself. I’m not going to be donating any more money to this Taco Bell. In fact, I want my money back for this horrible food.

I am THRILLED!! I am a filthy vegan who usually requests quite a few modifications (sorry) and this Taco Bell got every one of them right! The last two experiences I’ve had at other locations I’ve had the wrong order or miniscule amounts of cheese scattered throughout everything. Third times the charm! Food was delivered fast and the music was great. 10/10.

I have yet to have a chalupa that was not completely stale from anywhere in Lansing. Must be a different recipe that whats used in Detroit and Wayne county because those chalupa shells taste fresh 95 percent of the time. Dear corporate Taco Bell please figure out why the chalupas in Lansing are so bad compared to outside of Lansing. There must be some corruption and embezzlement for things to this bad.

Just tried it again after the remodel and its not any better… the guy that handed my food out was super rude and forgot to put sauce in the bag… so when I asked for sauce he grabbed 2 heaping handfuls and basically tossed it in my vehicle and slammed the window… this place is horrible I would advise not eating at this location

Our family of 4 waited for half an hour in the lobby while countless cars were served in the drive thru. very disappointed in this taco bell. we only eat out once a week. this was the place. messed up our whole night. thanks taco bell.

Just went to this Taco Bell and the lady working the window is beyond great at her job she was amazing. But my cheesy Gordita crunch has 5 pieces of lettuce and a pinch of meat it’s all tortilla… this is so disappointing and it seems another person reviewing had the same thing happen a month ago
