I ordered the big steak omelette for pick up and food for my son as well. We were eating and a few bites in and I find cardboard in my food. How does a piece of cardboard get cooked in my food? This is so disgusting. I went back to let the manager know. I didn’t even let my son finish his food. I’ll update how they will resolve this issue. I’ll never eat here again or recommend it.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at an ihop. First they were out of the first three breakfast things we tried to order, then after both my husband and I ordering full stacks of pancakes (4 each) they brought out his which were normal sized on a large plate and then mine which were mini sized served on a side plate. I questioned the waitress and she agreed that they were half the size and went to talk to her manager. She came back and offered a remake which I declined because I wasn’t going to wait another 30 minutes for them to be remade. I also declined taking extra home and expressed that I will not be paying full price for half the amount of food. She then brought us a check for full priced everything. I had to argue for 20 minutes to get %50 off my pancakes alone. Also don’t order their over priced nasty hash browns. Paid $6.99 to have a tiny square of boxed hashbrowns that were greasy and cold.

Reliable. Reasonable. Good menu size. I never leave disappointed. This location is not corporate owned. So they do not always have the specials that you see on the TV ads. But if you ask for them they generally honor the specials. They get fairly busy at lunch time. I really like thier onion rings.

Came here for breakfast and the renovations are great! The place doesn’t have the strange smell it used to! Our omelete was HUGE and we were able to share it and the pancakes it came with. The Valentine’s special for February, the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pancakes, were AMAZING! The servers were helpful and kind. The prices for what we got were absolutely worth it. The music is even great, we love it here.

I visited this IHOP on Christmas Day and had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We ultimately left without receiving any food.
Before arriving, I called to ask about wait times and was told there was little to no wait. When we arrived, our party of three was seated within five minutes. Drinks were taken within three minutes, and our food order was placed within ten minutes. After that, everything went downhill.
We waited over an hour without receiving our food. During that entire time, our server never returned to check on us, provide an update, or acknowledge the delay. Meanwhile, we watched multiple parties seated after us receive their meals. It was clear we were being ignored despite being there the longest.
Eventually, another staff member who was clearing out a table had to be asked to locate our server. When she went to the back, I could see staff members laughing and staring toward our table, which was extremely unprofessional. At that point, I stood up and requested to pay only for our drinks and leave.
We were then told that our food had not even been started, and no one seemed concerned or apologetic. No manager came over, no apology was offered, and no effort was made to resolve the situation.
Poor service is one thing, but being ignored for over an hour, mocked by staff, and dismissed without accountability is unacceptable—especially on a holiday. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service.

I brought my brother and a friend in to celebrate a birthday breakfast together. The food was decent and our server was friendly, but an interaction with the manager really overshadowed the experience. I politely asked if they could sing happy birthday for them, and the manager responded, “You’ll tip for it though, right?” I was honestly caught off guard by how unprofessional and awkward that felt. It turned what should have been a simple, fun request into something that felt like a burden to them. What made it worse was that the restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time, so it didn’t seem like a matter of being overwhelmed or short-staffed. The comment completely shifted the mood at our table and took away from what was supposed to be a special birthday breakfast. It was disappointing, because we came in to celebrate and left feeling uncomfortable instead. I will not be coming back for any birthdays and most likely not in general. This was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, upsetting treatment and service I have ever received from an establishment ESPECIALLY when it’s two peoples birthdays.

IHOP is a favorite restaurant to eat at when we travel. They are consistent in every location. Good fun. Fun syrup options. Lots of meal options all good. Dessert options, yummy. The waitstaff and cooks are welcoming and obliging to changes and challenges of persnickity eaters and difficult food orders. Always family friendly.
Very accommodating.

Fresh (and a bit too much 😛 ) pancakes and omelettes for a Saturday morning breakfast. Obviously we could not finish each of our orders. Plan for a to-go early. Fresh coffee and decent service -they do get too busy so plan for some elongated stay.

I visited on Thursday around noon. The young man managing the flow of the guests in the restaurant did an awesome job.
The entire team did well, as it was obvious they were understaffed. Great food and excellent service.
