I ordered chicken sandwiches online, came in person today at 9:37pm to pick it up and they’re trying to tell me that they sold out of the sandwich and if I would like to get other wings and she’s giving me options. I worked in wings before and I know they’re saying that so they can hurry up home but I ordered online it should’ve been ready? I told her what time they close she said 9:50 and I asked her how long does it take to drop and she tried telling me again and so I told her I worked in wings before and I know how it works then she goes asks the cooks and they told me they’ll make it . Currently waiting for my order…
Update: I don’t even know what to say , I got my entire order, but raw. 2nd picture I ripped it in half, in person you could see it all pink , tried my best to show on camera. Even the nuggets don’t look good , we just ate the fries and mashed potatoes .

This location is honestly hit or miss depending whose working but since under new management sadly it seems to be going down. I love the chicken sandwich and Tuesday 2 peice deal but lately they are making constant mistakes and staff is just goofing around chatting joking and not taking orders correctly. Many times repeating yourself and many mistakes even after confirming your order. They often don’t give receipt unless you ask so please check your order is correct before leaving. The interactions between employees seems tense and everyone seems lost. I’ve noticed alot of new people so maybe just training hurdles their facing and hopefully they will get things smoothed out. Theres always a wait so don’t expect to get your food fast, be patient and kind.

I just placed ordered for 5 classic signature breasted and wings from this store, and the chicken they give to me seems like scam. It is pretty small and over fried. The manager is not responsible to make the change of the order. Do not recommend to come again

I wish I was making this up. I ordered online for the $12.00 2 can dine with spicy chicken tenders and 2 sides. I have had problems with consistency with this location but this takes the cake. My delivery arrives and all that was in the bags was 4 boxes of fries. No chicken to be seen. I have tried calling their store but no answer or response. I would have rather the store call me ahead and tell me they cannot fulfill the order versus doing this.

I went to Popeyes to order a chicken sandwich.(in the drive thru) I asked for the sandwich 3times and the lady asked me to raise my voice because she couldn’t hear me . I raised my voice n then she told me she was refusing my service because I was yelling at her . I explained I raised my voice because she asked me to and she still refused me service . I went into the store and immediately started recording while I asked for the manager information. She hid in the corner and refused to give me information . While I was recording two teens came in and stole 2 racks of chicken . She then stated that I just gave her an excuse to call the cops on me and stated I was involved . I do not know the kids and only wanted my chicken sandwich. She called the cops and said I knew the kids and tried to have me arrested . After the cops determined I was not involved she said she did not want to press charges on the teens but wanted me to be trespassed . I was not trespassed because I did nothing wrong as the customer. I agreed to leave as soon as I had manager information . The cops had to gather that information as the worker still refused to provide it to me .
